Your midday power pack,

Taking yourself somewhere peaceful and quiet,

Where you are unlikely to be disturbed for the next little while.

Sitting comfortably,

Either on a chair or on the floor with your back upright,

And gently closing your eyes.

As you close your eyes,

Allow yourself to slowly take your awareness away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

Using your inner eyes,

Take your awareness to all of the things that you appreciate about the world.

Being aware of the sky,

The earth,

Be aware of the sun giving life to everything.

Being aware of the sound and texture of nature,

The support of the trees around you and underneath you in the earth.

Allowing yourself to align with these things of life,

Training your vibration into an upward place.

Breathing in,

And as you breathe out,

Releasing all doing.

Releasing all energy that's stirred up,

And all excessive mental energy and thoughts.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Allowing all mental chatter and noise to be dissolved.

Feel it flowing out of you,

And away from you,

And dissolving through nature.

Breathing in,

And as you breathe out,

Feeling the thoughts flowing out of your head,

Creating space in your mind,

And allowing your mind to become calm,

Still,

And relaxed.

Breathing in,

Breathing out all stress and anxiety,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Just relax.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

All need to change anything,

Or do anything right here and now.

Simply allow yourself to relax,

And be in the flow of your own breath.

Breathing in,

And as you breathe out,

Releasing your to-do list,

Allowing yourself some time out to rest,

Recuperate,

And regenerate.

There are no demands of you here,

No calls on your time.

Allow time in this moment to stand still,

Giving yourself permission to stop,

And to allow source energy to flow through you now.

When we are busy,

There is no space for inspiration.

We rush by life,

And we miss the gifts that it has for us.

Turning your attention now to the force field that creates universes,

The eternal force field that inspires you,

Guides you,

Uplifts you,

Buoys you.

Really feel how deserving you are to allow all wonderful things you have ever asked for to flow into your experience now.

Breathing in,

And receiving,

Receiving all of the things you have asked for,

That is your heart's desire.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

No longer choosing to deny yourself,

Allowing yourself to go with the flow.

Breathing in,

And allowing the power of your soul,

Your higher self,

To flow through you now like a waterfall of love,

Light,

And support.

Breathing in,

And bathing in the majesty of this.

You are supported.

You are light.

You are creativity.

You are inspiration.

It pours through you and flows through you now,

Abundantly,

Majestically,

Wonderfully,

Excitedly,

And passionately.

Be aware,

Breathe it in,

And allow the flow to wash through you now,

Through your life,

Through your day,

Through your projects,

And through all of your interactions.

All is well in your world.

And now as you bring your awareness gently back to the physical,

Bringing all of that energy and light with you,

Bring it all back with you.

Feel it filling your whole body,

Your mind,

Your energy field,

And flowing into the rest of your day,

And being mindful and open to seeing the change in your physical experience now as you open your eyes with a great big smile.
