If you're not familiar with me,
I'm a coach who works with empaths and highly sensitive entrepreneurs.
I help them find more business success through emotional wellness.
So really allowing yourself to get in touch with your emotions and give them the space they need.
So the other day was a full moon and I ran a full moon circle and one of the the big themes that came up for people was fear.
And of course we're in a very fearful time as society,
Right?
Not only COVID,
Not only the strain,
The various strains,
The vaccines,
The you know the impacts of it all,
But just the the general shift going on is all really increasing our fear vibration.
And if you're at all tapped into regular media,
They're just pumping the fear out at a hundred and ten percent all the time,
Right?
And regardless of whether you believe what they're saying or not,
They are pumping out fear and I mean no disrespect,
Right?
There are some fearful things going on in society but for our own health and wellness increasing that fear factor is not helpful for our physical bodies or our mental and emotional states.
So I thought I'd just do a bit of tapping to help you reduce your fear.
So before we get started I just want you to check in and maybe just write down what number you're at for fear right now and it can just be a general fear.
And I notice in myself as I start to talk about it,
I can feel this sensation in me even though I believe I'm not very tapped into the fear,
But once I start talking about it I can feel it there.
It's sitting in my heart space and it feels a bit almost pokey to me.
So I share that it probably won't feel the same for you but you might notice something.
So just write down your number,
10 being the most fearful,
0 being not at all.
So I would say for me I'm at about a maybe a 5 right now.
Alright so we're just gonna start tapping in between the eyes and we're actually gonna do this first round without any words.
So moving to the side of the eye just at the bone there.
Moving under the eye,
Under the nose,
On the crease of the chin,
Down to the chest,
Under the arm.
Okay so that I can feel that helped me just regulate a little bit because I could feel as I was talking about it the fear was amping up.
So we're gonna start now on the outside of the hand with a set up and so if you've not tapped with me before this is gonna be a call and response.
So I'll say the words and then I'll pause and you can follow along.
Alright even though I'm afraid of what's going on in the world,
Right here right now I'm safe.
Even though I'm afraid of what's going on in the world,
Right here right now I'm safe.
Even though I'm afraid of what's going on in the world,
Right here right now I'm safe.
So just taking a moment to notice if anything's changed,
Anything shifted for you.
Moving in between the eyes,
I'm afraid.
Outside of the eyes,
It's scary what's going on out there.
Underneath the eye,
I'm afraid of what's going on in the world.
Underneath the nose,
I'm afraid.
On the chin,
I can feel my fear.
On the chest,
I'm afraid and I don't know what to do about it.
I'm afraid of what's going on in the world.
So moving back in between the eyes,
All this fear outside of the eyes.
I don't want this fear.
Underneath the eyes,
I wonder.
Underneath the nose,
If I have another choice.
On the chin,
I wonder if I can choose something other than fear.
On the chest,
I'm not sure about that.
Underneath the arm,
This fear.
We're gonna do one more round.
In between the eyes,
I'm curious about this fear.
Outside of the eyes,
I'm curious if this fear is mine.
Underneath the eyes,
I wonder if I need to be afraid.
Underneath the nose,
This fear.
On the chin,
I'm open to the idea.
On the chest,
Of releasing some of this fear.
Underneath the arm,
I'm open to the idea of releasing some of this fear.
And we're gonna go to the top of the head here.
I'm open to the idea of letting go of some of this fear.
Shake that off.
Take a moment.
Check in with yourself and notice what number your fear is at.
I can definitely feel mine has gone down,
Maybe a three.
I'm at a three now.
So I just invite you to notice and come back to this whenever you need it.
