Welcome to a short guided meditation to bring you to your heart center.
Begin by lying down on your back,
Letting yourself get nice and comfortable.
Feeling your body sinking down onto the floor.
Letting your arms and legs get nice and heavy.
Letting everything surrender down.
Taking this opportunity to scan through your body from the crown of the head all the way to the soles of the feet.
Noticing,
Tuning in,
Taking this time to connect in with your physical body today.
And once you've taken the time to tune in to your physical body,
Begin to tune in to your breath.
Feeling that breath flowing in and out through your nose.
Bringing that breath in through the nose,
Down through the throat,
Into the chest.
Feeling your collarbone expand and bringing that breath all the way into your belly.
And as you breathe out,
Letting everything surrender a little bit more.
Finding those beautiful inhales and exhales.
And as you continue to take these deep breaths,
Letting all stress and tension melt from your body.
Just letting go.
Inhaling to fill the body up with prana,
Light energy,
And letting everything go on your exhale.
Taking a few more big breaths.
Continuing at this pace,
And then when you're ready,
Beginning to bring your attention to your heart center.
Taking this time to connect in to that space where your heart resides,
Feeling that warmth,
The energy that's being created by the beating of your heart.
Tuning in to that loving space,
Feeling the heart growing,
Feeling the love expanding out through your heart.
Taking a few more breaths and letting your whole chest fill up with that loving heart energy.
Breathing deeply,
Feeling that loving heart energy expanding out,
Expanding out and filling the chest.
Moving into the torso,
Filling up the torso.
And then eventually feeling that heart energy expanding down the arms,
Down into the legs,
And up through your neck into your head.
Breathing deeply,
Feeling that loving energy,
Green or pink,
Whichever feels more right to you,
Growing,
Filling up your body,
Tingling warmth,
Beautiful loving heart energy.
And as you feel it flowing throughout your body,
Send it out to those people around you,
Those people close to you,
Perhaps to your neighbors,
Perhaps to all the people on your street.
Letting that loving energy flow,
Knowing that you are love,
You have enough love to give and that love will come back to you thousand fold.
Feel it,
Be it,
See it,
Send it out into the world.
Taking a few more breaths here,
Just being aware of that loving heart energy expanding,
Expanding,
Expanding.
Noticing any images that come to you as we continue here,
Tuning in,
Feeling that flow and just being open to any messages you need to receive.
Taking a few more breaths,
Feeling the energy flowing with that loving heart energy.
And then once again,
When it feels right to you,
Slowly bringing your awareness back into your physical body,
Feeling your breath,
Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes.
And then when it feels right to you,
Opening the eyes and coming back to this present moment.
Taking that loving awareness with you throughout your day,
Knowing you can tune into this whenever you need to.
