
Dear Nose, Thank You
This meditation is part of a series designed to help you reconnect with yourself, one part at a time. Each week, you gently explore a different area of your body with presence, appreciation, and healing. In this meditation, you will arrive at your nose, the silent guide of your breath and the keeper of memories tucked into scent. You will gently connect with your nose, thank it for anchoring you in the present through smell and breath, and offer it healing so it may feel open and allow easeful breaths. Return to this practice when your breath feels shallow, your sinuses feel heavy, or your sense of smell is dulled by exhaustion or illness.
