
Dear Back, Thank You
This meditation is part of a series designed to help you reconnect with yourself, one part at a time. In this meditation, you will rest your awareness on your back, the quiet pillar that holds you upright, often unnoticed, always working. You will be guided to honor your back for all it carries, physically and emotionally, and offer it tender care so it may feel relieved, aligned, and supported.
