Thank you for choosing me to be your guide today.
Begin by coming into a comfortable seated posture,
Allowing your spine to be straight,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Aligning your head with the spine and now I invite you to either close your eyes completely or alternatively you can just lower your gaze,
Looking down at the floor in front of you.
This is to help limit any form of visual distractions so that we can turn our awareness inward.
Become aware of the ground beneath you,
Noticing which parts of your body are in touch with the ground.
Once you feel grounded and supported by the earth beneath you,
Allow your awareness to rest on your breath.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension from the body.
Continue breathing in this manner,
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to arrive in the here and now with each breath,
As you fully arrive in this present moment,
Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Becoming aware of the space between your eyebrows,
This space between your eyebrow is where your third eye chakra or ajna chakra is located,
This energy center is the seat of intuition,
Inner guidance and clarity,
When this energy center is blocked,
You may feel confused,
Indecisive and disconnected from your intuition,
On the other hand,
When it is overactive,
It may lead to overthinking,
Delusions or being lost in the fantasy and when this chakra is balanced,
You feel clear-minded,
Connected to your inner wisdom and trusting of your own path.
This meditation is designed to help you balance the energy center,

As you rest your awareness at the center of your brows,
That is your third eye chakra.
Imagine a deep indigo light glowing in that space,
With each breath,
See this indigo light becoming brighter and steadier,
Feeling this indigo light become more and more luminous with each breath,
Knowing that the vibrations has opened the doors to your intuition.
Now imagine that within the space of your mind,
Appears a mirror,
A mirror that is smooth,
Clear and still.
This is not an ordinary mirror,
It reflects not the outside world but your inner truth,
Your highest self.
Allow yourself to gaze into this mirror,
As you gaze in this mirror,
You see yourself as calm,
Wise and deeply aligned.
Let this reflection remind you of who you truly are,
Beneath the noise and doubt.
Any fog or confusion that may cloud this mirror is beginning to dissolve in the presence of the indigo light.
Fence the clarity and calm unfolding within you,
If anything wants to be revealed to you,
Let it come into your awareness.
There is nothing to force,
Simply receive whatever comes or rest in stillness.
Allow any messages or images to come to the forefront of your mind,
If anything to come up,
Then notice how does that makes you feel.
And if nothing arises,
That's okay too,
Simply set an intention to receive the wisdom or guidance whenever you need it.
Allow the following words that I am going to say,
Help you anchor yourself and cultivate a connection with that indigo light.
Feel free to repeat these affirmations after me,
Either in your mind or out loud.
I trust my intuition.
I see clearly within and without.
I am connected to wisdom beyond logic.
Insight flows to me effortlessly.
My inner vision guides me always.
Now allow yourself to take a deep breath in and with the exhale,
Let go of this practice just for now.
Knowing that you can always return back to your inner wisdom.
Start to wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Connecting back with your whole body.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Connecting back with the environment around you.
