This is a meditation you can use each morning before you go out into the day as well as at the end of the day. We go about our days taking on energy in every situation and circumstance and this can leave us feeling weighted, unclear, and not able to tap into our own intuitive powers. Yet, it's not always easy to clear our energy, especially at certain difficult times in our lives or perhaps we are not used to doing so on a regular basis. This meditation helps you lovingly practice regularly clearing your light and protecting your light so you feel not only better but also stronger. Enjoy.

Clearing your light your eyes are lovingly closed your palms now facing upward on your thighs ready to receive after your next exhale through the nose or mouth inhale through the nose inhale again a bit more hold at the top and then softly exhale expelling all the air out again inhale inhale a bit more hold at the top of the inhale and then expel all the air out once more inhale inhale again hold at the top and now push out all the air through your nose or mouth with a gentle force or sigh and now allow yourself to settle into a pace of breathing that feels good for you stomach expanding on the inward breaths and stomach collapsing gently inward as you exhale as you continue settling into this easy and slower pace of breathing you may feel comfortable to invite some loving guides and angels to help you surround you invite them in if you wish and now as you breathe practice visualizing an orb a crystal of light sparkling above your head a soft golden light floating above you you see this as an image or a sense and when you feel a readiness within you to begin this clearing quietly say yes I'm ready and now patiently practice visualizing this orb of light floating above you opening up now like a ring and allow it to begin pouring light through you washing over you from the crown at the top of your head through your face and neck down your shoulders arms hands heart area allow the light to wash through you practice quietly patiently the light pours through your abdomen your back your hips legs knees feet a continuous pouring of soft light through the body see it feel it as the light pours through you you may even sense any recent place of tension easing dissolving even a little you might begin to sense a certain lightness in the body practice quietly seeing feeling this lightness feeling lighter and lighter like clear glass sense your body being cleansed cleared until you feel a bit more translucent practice quietly feeling this lightness even a glimpse of this inside and all around you is so significant visualize this ring of light above you expanding now wider around your energy body and arms length all around you or even wider it could fill up the whole room use your intuition trust what you sense and now let this light wash over your energy body the space all around you you're doing well practice patiently until perhaps even the space around you feels lighter more clear now with your physical and energetic bodies feeling lighter even a bit lighter sense a deep appreciation in your heart and if you did call upon your guides your angels give a most loving thanks give thanks to yourself for this practice you are light you are now lighter
