Live Sound Bath

Hi folks, this is a recording of one of my live sound bath/shower events on Insight Timer, for anyone in the wrong hemisphere to catch them. Relax, unwind, and let go, of the sweet sound of singing bowls, guitars, drums, and other bits and bobs that I found on the street. Our busy days often leave us feeling fragmented and out of our natural rhythm.

A sound bath is a lovely opportunity to come back together as one and move, once again, to the beat of your own drum. I hope you find what you need from it.
