Hello,

This is Andy Hobson and I'd like to offer you a quick confidence boost to help you out when you need it.

Inviting you to close your eyes for a moment and take a few deep breaths for yourself.

Acknowledging how you're feeling,

Where your emotions sit,

Where your thoughts are at right now.

And see what it's like just to let everything be as it is.

Not trying to change how you feel,

Not trying to stop your thoughts.

And then take another deep breath in,

A deep breath of kindness.

Breathing out.

And then just saying in your head,

I am enough,

I have arrived.

I am enough,

I have arrived.

Noticing how those words sit with you.

Connecting with your body,

Feeling your feet on the ground,

Owning your space.

Inviting in a sense of worthiness and belonging.

Often we feel like we don't belong.

And saying again,

I am enough,

I have arrived.

Noticing any aversion to those words too.

Remembering that we don't have to feel a certain way.

We're just meeting ourselves right now and being real and authentic of all that we think and feel.

Deep down,

We've always been enough.

We were born into this world enough.

And as we grew up,

The world began to tell us that to be enough we have to do this and be that and achieve and succeed.

While there's nothing wrong with any of this,

It's vital that we do this from a place of being enough.

And that's where our confidence comes from.

And that's where we thrive.

Holding our space and then working from that place.

So I invite you to smile at however you find yourself right now.

Whether you feel confident or not.

Knowing that you are enough and you have arrived already.

And then taking one more deep breath in just for yourself.

Breathing out and gently opening your eyes.

And as you go about your day,

Just remind yourself that you're enough.

And remember that life is quite ridiculous and deserves a good smile.

A gentle yet profound meditation. I love your voice. I really appreciated how you ended with lightheartedness and some extra moments of music and birdsong. That thoughtful detail helped ease me out of the meditation and into my day.
