Feel the heat of your hands,
Feel the movement of your stomach,
Follow the breathing in and out,
In and down,
Up and out,
Imagine the heat of your hands relaxing the stomach,

As the stomach relaxes,
The rest of you is starting slowly to relax,
Your shoulders are continuing to drop,
Your body is becoming a little heavier,
Your breathing is slowing,

Start to move your fingers and thumbs now,
Give them a little wiggle,
Move your hands,
