We often get stuck in patterns due to experiences from past relationships.
Until we take the time to fix our outlook,
Habits,
And actions that have been created in the past,
We will continue to make the same mistakes.
In this meditation,
We will look at what is blocking us that we learned from past relationships.
We will learn how to release that relationship and its lessons and move on to a new story that you get to create.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,
Whatever works best for you.
And let's start by closing your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath in,
A full deep breath in,
And then let it all the way out.
As you do this,
Just allow yourself to start to relax,
Starting to let everything go as you settle into a nice deep breathing rhythm.
A deep breathing rhythm that is deeper than you would normally breathe,
But not so deep that you are forcing your breath in and out.
A nice comfortable breathing rhythm.
With each deep breath in,
You start to feel yourself relax.
And with each breath out,
You let go of all the tension,
Allowing yourself to relax even further.
With each deep breath in,
You start to feel yourself relax.
And with each breath out,
You let go of all the tension.
And with each breath out,
You let go of all the tension,
Allowing yourself to relax even further.
With each deep breath in,
You start to feel yourself relax.
And with each breath out,
You let go of all the tension,
Allowing yourself to relax even further.
Now,
As you get into a nice state of relaxation,
You will notice that the more relaxed you feel,
The better you feel.
And the better you feel,
The more relaxed you feel.
As you relax further and further down,
You notice that the further you go down into relaxation,
The better you feel.
And the better you feel,
The further you go down into that nice and relaxed state.
That place where you can just let go,
Be safe and relax.
Now imagine a white light energy moving up from Mother Earth and into the soles of your feet.
The energy is a protective energy.
It will block any negative energies from reaching you,
Allowing you to explore from a safe space.
Imagine this energy moving throughout your body and forming a protective barrier around you.
Imagine you are going to the movies,
You walk into the theater,
You're the only person there.
You pick out the seat that you like best and get comfortable in it.
As the movie starts,
You realize that the opening scene is about the current issue you keep having.
You are the only person there.
This is a movie about you.
As you are watching this problem play out,
You are taken to the original situation that created the issue.
As you watch this scene,
Allow yourself to see it as the audience would.
What do you see?
Who else is involved?
Do you see any new information?
Allow yourself to feel what the actors are feeling.
Simply be in this energy as an observer.
You are the only person there.
As the scene comes to a close,
Ask yourself if you would like to continue with this story or are you ready to release it?
If you are not ready to release it,
Simply sit with your movie and begin to understand more of what is going on.
If you are ready to release it,
Imagine yourself standing up from your seat and walking out of the theater.
As you open the theater door,
You are transported to a safe space where you can begin to heal and write a new story.
As you step into this space,
You are able to see the world around you.
You are able to see the world around you.

As you step into this space,
You find a cozy seat set up for you.
There's a pencil and a piece of paper there.
Sit down and allow yourself to write down the first thing that you are going to do is close enough to bring it in and stay connected.
