Oftentimes in life,
We feel called to do something,
Yet we continue to resist it.
We keep getting signs and messages about the way that we're supposed to go,
But instead of following our soul's intuitive direction,
We ignore it,
Thus creating a cycle of repeating lessons and experiences that make us feel stuck.
But until we learn to follow the guidance and thus learn the soul lesson that we came here for,
We will continue to ignore it.
In this meditation,
You will explore why you may be resisting something that you continue to receive signs to do and learn how you can move past this resistance.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position for you.
Allow yourself to settle in and feel the relaxation start to take over.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in,
And noticing how it flows through your body.
Let's start by bringing attention to your breath,

Releasing any blocks you found within your body.

Letting the breath flow easier throughout your body.

Releasing any remaining blocks stuck in your body.
Return your breath to a normal pattern,

Imagine a great white light coming up from Mother Earth,
Beginning to cleanse and clear the space that is around you.
Now imagine it forming a barrier around you,
Like an eggshell.
Nothing bad can come into this space.
Only good can come in.
Feel the positive energy that this protective shield brings you.

Relax in knowing that you can go deep into your meditation,
Knowing that you are protected.
