We are going to explore how you may be resisting achieving your goals,
And what you can do about this resistance.
To begin,
Get yourself into a comfortable position.
It can be seated or laying down,
Whatever works best for you.
Begin by focusing on your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Continue to focus on your breath at your own pace.
Let's begin by pulling to mind a goal that you are working on achieving.
Why do you want this goal?
Don't stop at just the surface why.
Really understand why you want this goal.
Not why others might want it.
Not because the old you wanted it.
But why does the you of right now want this goal?
So now explore where you are resisting taking action on this goal.
So so so why are you resisting it?
What does it mean if you actually achieve this goal?
So so so now go back to your why for wanting this goal.
Is your resistance in conflict with your why?
Does your goal or your why need to change for this to be all in alignment?
So is this what you really want?
So with new alignment in your goals,
What are the next steps for you to move forward?
So so now take a few moments to re-envision you achieving your goal.
How does it feel?
What does it look like?
Use all of your senses to imagine how this goal achieved impacts your life.
So so slowly bring your presence back to the room.
Begin to notice the sights,
The sounds,
And the colors around you while slowly coming back to the present moment.
