Welcome to Meditate with Andrea.
In this meditation,
We're actually going to start with a channeled message from Archangel Raphael.
He recently came through to me with some guidance on how we can feel whole again.
And the key to this was through our body.
So I'm going to read you the channeled message and then create a meditation based upon his message to help you access the intuition that is within your body.
So let's get into what the channeled message was.
You are whole at all times.
Feeling unwhole is because of a disconnect from the path you are supposed to be on.
It happens when you deviate from what you are supposed to be learning.
This is often when you refuse to look at what you need to be healing and doing.
Like an animal burying their head in the sand,
You can't see clearly when one part of you is not being used.
You have to see with your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Yet you often treat your body as separate and detached.
It holds wisdom and information just as your mind and spirit do.
Yes it is a vessel to carry your spirit in this life,
But as with all vessels,
It holds something of importance.
Tapping into the information it holds will allow you to move faster to feeling whole.
Your body wants to be heard.
Quiet your mind and allow your body to be heard.
Don't look at pain and disconnect as bad,
But as your guide to what your soul needs.
Let's now move into the meditation portion.
Get yourself into a comfortable position.
This can be seated,
Laying down,
Whatever is the easiest for you to be able to be in touch with your body to access information from it.
Gently close your eyes,
Begin to relax your body by focusing on your breath.
Focus on your exhale being longer than your inhale,
While also being smooth with no pauses at the top or the bottom of the breath.
Do this at your own pace now.
Invite in Archangel Raphael and any other spirit guides or angels that want to be with you on this journey.
Focus in on an area of your body that holds pain,
Discomfort,
Or any other sensation.
If there are multiple areas,
Choose the one that is the most intense.
Breathe into this space.
Ask it what it wants you to know.
Is there something specific it wants you to do?
Ask for details on this until you are clear on your next step.
If the sensations in your body move to another area,
This is okay.
Follow it and ask what it needs you to know.
Do it.
Ask your body,
Is there anything else that you should know?
Take a moment to just be with this image.
Allow it to integrate throughout your body,
Mind and spirit.

Begin to bring your attention back to the room.
Open your eyes,
Look around you.
What colors do you see?
What do you feel?
Allow your body to reawaken to where you are at right now.
Now that the meditation is done,
Take a moment to write down what came through and create a plan to move forward.
If there was more than one body part that needed attention,
Do this meditation again.
You can return to it as many times as you need to gather information from your body.
It is always here for you to access when you need that deeper understanding.
