In this guided meditation,
We are gonna work on releasing the past so that we can move forward.
The biggest aspect of this is accepting what has happened.
Does not mean we like it,
It means we're simply accepting it.
Once we've accepted,
We can process everything and move forward.
So I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whatever works best for you.
Allowing your body to fully relax.
Releasing all ideas that are floating around in your brain.
Allowing yourself to just be.
There is no right or wrong in relaxing.
Allow yourself to do it in a way that is comfortable to you right now.
Accepting that you know exactly what the best way for you is to relax.
As you become fully relaxed,
Call to mind an issue that you're really struggling to release.
And as you do so,
Just be with any emotions that are coming up.
Don't judge them,
Simply allow them to exist.
You can watch them flow through your body.
Noticing if they get stuck anywhere.
You're simply observing.
There is no need to do anything with these emotions right now.
If they become too intense for you to process right now,
Call in your spirit guides to bring you calming,
Healing energy.
Allowing you to sit easier with these emotions.
As you begin to feel calmer,
State out loud,
I accept what is.
It does not mean I have to like it or want to stay here.
It simply is.
Repeat this until you feel the ease of acceptance flowing in.

It simply is.
When you feel ready,
Ask your spirit guides to show you the path forward.
Ask them to show you what is next and how you move beyond this situation.
If you are not ready for this step,
Stay in the acceptance phase,
Allowing yourself to fully accept before forcing yourself to move on.
We want to willingly move on.
No matter where you are at right now in this process,
Ask your guides to show you the next best thing for you to do right now.
Thank your spirit guides for this information.
If you haven't fully accepted this yet,
That is okay.
It can take a while to accept different realities.
This may take time.
Simply come back and work on the acceptance every couple of days.
If you have accepted and your guides have given you the next step,
You can start to proceed with that and know that it's okay if you fall back into unacceptance.
Simply come back and work on accepting again.
This does not have to be a checkbox process.
You are human.
Your emotions are normal.
It is normal to go back and forth until you're fully ready to step in to the next phase.
Trust this process.
Begin to allow yourself to fully come back to this present moment,
Opening your eyes if they were closed,
Starting to gently move your body.
When you have fully come back to this present moment,
Take a moment to jot down what came up.
