And as you exhale,
Let that area soften even slightly.

Money stress often feels urgent.
Like something must be figured out immediately.
But in this moment,
Nothing is being decided.
Nothing is being lost in this moment of rest.
Let that settle.
Your body does not need to carry all of this at once.
As you continue to breathe,
You may notice a little more space,
A little less urgency.
And maybe a quiet sense that you are okay right now.
You don't need to stop the thoughts.
Let them come and pass like waves.
And underneath,
There is something steady.
A quiet place in your body that knows how to rest.
