Welcome to this AIR meditation.

AIR is your intellect.

It is your curiosity for learning and understanding new perspectives.

AIR is finding a balance between listening and speaking.

It is flexible and spontaneous.

AIR knows how to use words to heal rather than hurt.

Today we are going to connect with the element of AIR.

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Allow yourself to become still and settle into your body.

Begin to relax and release any tension.

And taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

Taking another deep breath in and exhaling.

Visualize yourself surrounded by AIR.

Picture it as a light gentle breeze swirling around you,

Enveloping you in its subtle breath.

Feel it on your skin,

Your face,

In your hair.

Allow it to invigorate and refresh your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Starting at your feet,

You can feel the air slowly moving up your body,

Your legs,

Hips,

Torso,

Chest,

Neck,

And head.

Breath of life.

Feel it carrying away negative emotions,

Thoughts,

Worries,

Stress,

A seemingly invisible element cutting through layers of old stories stored in your being and in your aura,

Anima.

With each breath,

You can feel yourself getting lighter and lighter.

Picture yourself floating,

Traveling higher and higher toward the sky,

The heavens above.

You can feel the coolness of the breeze,

The warmth of the sun.

And with a clearer and lighter spirit,

There is freedom.

Freedom for you to explore all aspects of yourself and your surroundings,

Without judgment and with an open heart.

Through AIR,

You can feel connected to your ancestors and wisdom of the past.

Breathe it all in and relax into this state.

And now slowly bringing yourself back down to earth,

Allow gravity to lower you to your seated position,

Feeling yourself planted firmly on the ground,

You are rooted,

And taking a final deep breath in and letting out a sigh as you exhale.
