Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,

Your feet firmly planted on the ground,

And gently closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

With every breath,

Allow your body to relax,

Feeling yourself sinking deeper into your seat.

Now imagine a golden light above you,

Streaming down into your head and gently washing over your entire body.

This light is your divine protection,

Shielding you from anything that doesn't serve you,

Anything that doesn't belong to you.

Now bring to mind a person,

Place,

Or experience that you're ready to release.

Without judgment,

Allow the image to form.

Visualize a cord between you,

Imagine its texture,

Color,

Thickness,

And any other visualization that comes up.

This cord connects you through energy,

Emotion,

Memory,

Habit.

As you look at the cord,

Say to yourself,

I thank you for what you were,

I no longer need this attachment.

Now visualize a pair of golden scissors,

Or a beam of light,

Gently cutting the cord.

See the two ends retract peacefully,

One returning to you,

And one returning to the other being.

Watch as your end dissolves and is absorbed into your body.

Feel your personal power come back to you.

Feel your aura seal and expand.

Repeat to yourself,

I call all my energy back to me,

I am whole,

I am free in my body.

Now take a deep breath in,

And sigh it out through your mouth.

Allow yourself to feel the lightness,

Feel the openness,

And whenever you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your body,

Moving your fingers,

Your toes,

Bringing yourself back into the room,

And gently opening your eyes.
