This is a December meditation.
My name is Ana Barreto,
And I've been asked to share this meditation in the month of December.
I just woke up.
I can see that my voice is a little harsh.
Please rub your hands.
Place them in your lap.
You can place them face down or face up.
I am placing them face down,
But throughout the meditation I will move them up.
Make sure you're sitting straight,
Your feet flat on the floor.
Make sure you're back straight against a hard surface.
Let's take three deep breaths to center and connect with our space.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Let's set our intentions for the month of December.
Whatever your intentions are.
A good intention for the month of December is to receive guidance to release anything that can be released this month.
So 2024 or the next year,
Whatever time you are listening to this meditation,
You have a good beginning.
Set your intentions now.
Release.
You need to control the outcome.
Let the universe bring what you need and is ready to receive.
We're going to take three breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
And as you do you feel the back of your chair or pillow or bed.
Feel the back against the surface.
Inhale and exhale.
And say it loud.
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.
We are focusing on the words I am because that's the words for God,
Higher power.
Feel your butt on a chair,
Pillow,
Or bed.
Inhale and exhale.
And say to yourself or out loud.
I am supported.
I am supported.
I am supported.
Place your attention in your heart area.
Inhale and exhale.
And say it out loud.
I am an infinite being.
I am an infinite being.
I am an infinite being.
Find a comfortable pattern to breathe in and out as we are guided to this December meditation.
We're going to relax the body starting with our scalp,
Forehead,
Eyes.
We're going to release all the stress in all these areas.
In completing letting go we don't have to be anywhere.
We don't have to think about anything.
We're just going to profoundly relax the body and let go of everything.
Relax your cheekbones,
Your ears,
Your jaw,
Your neck.
Let's focus a little bit on the back of the neck and release that just a little bit more.
And the shoulders.
Relax them as a warm towel is placed there taking all the tension away of all the previous months.
And as we feel the warmth of this towel we can see all the stress,
All the unnecessary thoughts,
All the pressure coming down through the arms,
Hands and exiting through an imaginary area on your fingers.
We are letting all go.
We are letting all go.
Even if tears are coming they are also a way to letting all go.
We're going to relax our upper back and lower back.
Feel all the pressure,
All the burdens,
All the responsibilities.
They are all sliding down the back,
Going down through the legs,
Going through your thighs,
Knees,
Cuffs,
Feet and exiting through imaginary holes on your toes.
We are letting everything go.
Every month.
November,
September.
Feel all the past that doesn't support you,
That causes a little stress,
That worried you,
That overworked you,
That caused so much pressure,
All sliding through your body and letting them go with ease.
August,
July,
June.
As I go through every month,
Feel all this unnecessary burden and energy that doesn't serve you sliding down through your body and exiting through your fingers or toes.
May,
April,
March.
March has always been a month in limbo for me.
It's either really,
Really good or really,
Really bad.
Whatever limbo months you have,
They are being released right now.
February,
January.
As if we are in December,
We're going to release every commitment we made for the year that we have to release because they are not going to be done.
In each breath,
Any commitment that comes to mind,
We're going to release them without judgment,
Without criticism.
We had the intention to get them done,
But it didn't happen.
In each breath we release all of them.
Inhale and exhale as you release them all.
If you wanted to change your jobs and you didn't or leave a job and you didn't,
Let's release.
If you wanted to learn something new,
A new language,
Become more spiritual.
If you wanted to start a new career and we didn't do,
We're going to release them.
If we wanted to be close to our family,
And it didn't happen,
We're going to release that with the breath.
If you wanted to save more money,
Make more money,
Have less debt,
All financial plans we had,
We're going to release with the breath if they didn't happen.
All the recognition we plan to achieve,
We're going to release with the breath if they didn't happen.
Relationships.
We want to let go of a relationship.
Perhaps we want to find a new relationship.
Any romantic relationship goes that we had and it didn't happen.
Or it happened not quite the way we wanted.
We're going to release them.
Creativity.
The business we wanted to create.
The ideas we wanted to fulfill.
Even our relationship with our children that also is part of the creativity of our lives.
Anything didn't happen the way you quite wanted,
We're going to release them with the breath.
All the travel and the friendship goals we had.
We plan hanging out more with our friends to travel and it didn't happen.
Or you can just be yourself.
Or it happened but not quite the way we envisioned.
We're going to let that all go with the breath.
Our health.
We wanted to lose weight,
Gain weight,
Exercise more,
Eat better,
Get a fit body,
But it didn't happen.
With another breath we're going to let all those completed intentions go.
We're going to let all go with another breath.
As we step in the month of December,
We still have 30 days to complete at least one of those intentions.
Pick one.
You know what intention it is.
You have time.
If you're feeling too strong,
Pick two.
Now we're going to plant those one or two intentions in the month of December.
You can turn your palms up still laying on your lap.
In one hand we are going to plant the seed of one of those intentions.
In your mind's eyes see the first intention in your hand.
See that seed growing into the intention.
See yourself taking the right steps.
See all the help coming in physical and spiritual help.
Perhaps there's a person that you need to connect with or you need to ask help from your angels and your guides or any spiritual being that you could ask for help.
If you have a second intention,
Place on the other hand as a seed see all the steps you need to complete with ease for that intention to come to fruition.
See the intention growing.
See it accomplished.
See the people you need to ask for help.
Perhaps are your angels,
Your guides or any other spiritual being that you trust that could help you be focused,
Diligent and congruent with what you really want to do.
See both your projects or the only one project you have completed by December 31st.
Look at the calendar.
It's December 31st and you complete it.
You did it.
You did it.
How would you feel when you complete those two or one intentions?
Milk that feeling.
Milk that feeling.
That's it.
Feel that great accomplishment.
They are not small.
You planted the seed and you saw it through it.
You did it.
You always knew that you could have done it and you did it.
Feel in your body feel all the emotions that go along with making it happen and you did it.
You so did it and you are so proud of you.
You can always see the outcome.
Now take your hands together and rub them.
Thank the people who helped you in the month of December ahead of receiving the help.
You can repeat this practice every day,
Every week or at least one more time before the month of December ends.
