The Allowing Meditation is a powerful practice that will help you slow down and stop the downward spiral of unpleasant events happening around you by releasing your resistance, restoring your energy level, and curbing your reactions to wanting things to be different than they are. When your energy is low or blocked, you don’t have access to the guidance within you. You can’t find the solution to your problems, hear what you need to hear, or see what you need to see.

The Allowing Meditation The Allowing Meditation Hello,

This is Ana Barreto,

This meditation can be done anytime of the day.

The Allowing Meditation is a powerful meditation and it will help you slow down and stop the downward spiral of unpleasant events happening around you by releasing your resistance and restoring your energy level.

When your energy is low or blocked,

You don't have access to the guidance within you.

You can't find the solution to your problems,

Hear what you need to hear,

Or see what you need to see.

In addition,

It will be very healthy for you.

The Allowing Meditation will help you calm your emotions if you are feeling overwhelmed,

Angry,

And resentful.

Find a comfortable place and a time when you won't be interrupted for at least 12 to 15 minutes.

Sit comfortably in a chair,

Bed,

Or on a pillow.

Take a slow,

Deep,

And long breath.

Connect with your space by feeling the bed,

Pillow,

And the fabric against your skin.

You are being supported.

Feel your back against the bed or chair and know that you are safe.

Close your eyes to minimize distractions.

Every noise you hear will take you deeper and deeper into the meditation.

This is very healthy for you.

Take long and slow breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

For now,

You don't have to be anywhere.

No one needs you right now.

Your only need is to breathe in and breathe out.

Find a comfortable pattern to breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Place your attention on your toes.

Just allow your toes to be toes and breathe.

Place your attention on your feet.

Allow your feet to be feet and breathe.

Place your attention on your shins and knees and breathe.

Allow your shins and knees just to be there and breathe.

Allow your thighs to be and breathe.

Allow your legs to be.

Allow your hips to be.

Breathe.

Allow your belly to be.

Allow your chest to be.

Keep breathing.

Allow your fingers to be.

Allow your hands to be.

Allow your arms to be.

Allow your back to be.

Breathe.

Allow your shoulders to be and relax.

Allow your neck to be.

Allow your jaw,

Your nose,

And your eyes to be.

Allow your face to be.

Allow your head to be.

Breathe.

Bring one person to mind that is upsetting you.

Allow him or her to be who they are.

Keep breathing.

Bring to mind your job or lack of job.

Allow it to be what it is.

Bring to mind your health.

Good or bad,

Let it be what it is.

Just allow it to be what it is.

Bring to mind a family member.

Allow him or her to be who they are.

Just allow.

Bring your money situation to mind.

Just allow it to be what it is and breathe.

Bring to mind any problem you are experiencing.

Allow it to be what it is and breathe.

Let it be what it is.

Everything is just fine the way it is.

Breathe.

Just release any expectations of the people,

Conditions,

Or circumstances in your life.

Breathe and allow it to be what it is.

Allow your whole body to be there just the way it is.

Feel the power of allowing.

Allow everything be nothing and nothing be everything.

Breathe.

Just allow.

When you allow,

You are open to receive.

In your mind's eyes,

See a beautiful healing purple light coming down from above into your head.

The light goes down your body and removes any resistance you still have left.

It goes down through your eyes,

Mouth,

Throat,

Shoulders,

Arms,

And fingers.

It goes down through your chest,

Stomach,

Legs,

Exiting through your feet and toes.

Just allow your whole body to be as it is.

Enjoy the beauty of letting everything be what it is.

Just allow.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes,

Rub your palms together,

And return to your day.
