This meditation can be done anytime of the day.
The Allowing Meditation is a powerful meditation and it will help you slow down and stop the downward spiral of unpleasant events happening around you by releasing your resistance and restoring your energy level.
When your energy is low or blocked,

You can't find the solution to your problems,
Hear what you need to hear,
Or see what you need to see.

The Allowing Meditation will help you calm your emotions if you are feeling overwhelmed,

Stomach,
Legs,
Exiting through your feet and toes.
Just allow your whole body to be as it is.
Enjoy the beauty of letting everything be what it is.
