Good morning!
Welcome to your meditation practice.
Come into a comfortable position.
Let your eyes close and begin to tune into your breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel the body expanding and opening,
And as you breathe out,
Feel the body softening and relaxing,
Slowing your breath down and stretching out your inhalations and your exhalations,
Feeling your entire self beginning to arrive here in the present moment.
Now directing your attention upon your body,
And in your own way,
Say hello to your body this morning,
And just noticing if your body responds,
Noticing how your body feels this morning,
And send your body a little bit of love,
A little bit of peacefulness.
Send your body positive energy for the day ahead,
And then notice your breath.
Take a deep breath in and a complete breath out,
And feeling all the way down to the foundation of your body,
And then let your awareness move deeper down into the earth beneath you,
And in your own way,
Say hello to Mother Earth.
Say good morning to the planet,
Noticing if she responds,
And noticing how the earth feels to you today,
And then sending Mother Earth a little bit of energy,
A little bit of love,
Peacefulness,
Sending a wave of positive vibes to the planet,
And from the earth,
Lift your awareness now up to the sky.
Feel a great expanse of sky above you,
Acknowledging the sun shining brightly in the sky,
And in your own way,
Say hello to the sun.
Say hello to the great expanse of sky,
Noticing if there's a response,
Noticing how it feels to connect with the sun,
With the sky,
And then send positive energy to the sun.
Send a little love to the sky.
Send peaceful energy up to the world above you,
And then come back to your breath,
Taking a deep breath in,
And a complete breath out,
Feeling connected to yourself and your body,
Your breath,
Feeling connected to Mother Earth,
The sky,
The sun,
Feeling connected to the present moment.
And from here,
From this moment,
We are going to make a connection to the day that lies ahead.
So letting your mind travel forward to touch the day before you,
And again,
In your own way,
Say hello to your day,
Noticing if there's a response,
Noticing what it feels like to connect in this way to the day ahead.
To consider what energies you'd like to send forward for your day.
Peacefulness,
Love,
Confidence,
Ease.
Whatever energy you need for your day,
Send it forward.
Let it touch whatever lays before you.
And then reconnect with your breath.
Take a slow breath in,
And a slow breath out.
Do that four more times.
Breathing in slowly,
Breathing out slowly.
Breath by breath,
Sealing in this connection to yourself,
To the earth,
The sky,
And the sun,
And to your day.
Let's take one last deep breath in through the nose,
Sigh it out through an open mouth.
May your day unfold with great beauty,
Peace,
And ease.
