Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to meet your higher self and ignite your potential.
Come into a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes if you'd like and take a few deep breaths to ground yourself into the present moment,
Noticing the steady rise and fall of your breath,
Feeling how it's moving through the space of your chest,
The space of your belly,
And use the natural release of the exhalation to let go of any tension,
Tightness,
Breathing out,
Finding softness in your body.
And then begin to shape your breath a little bit,
Extending your inhalations and exhalations,
Smoothing them out and creating a little balance between your in-breath and out-breath.
And from this place of presence,
Acknowledging an intention for this practice.
Your intention can be to simply be open to meeting your higher self.
Maybe you have a specific question that you are going to bring to your higher self today,
You could acknowledge that.
But say a short,
Succinct statement,
Either silently or out loud,
Acknowledging why you're here,
Acknowledging your purpose for practicing this meditation.
And then take a deep breath in and a complete breath out to seal in that intention.
And then shifting your awareness to your third eye space right between your eyebrows.
And begin to imagine a bright beam of light coming down from the cosmos,
Coming down from the sky above you,
Touching down right at the crown of your head.
Let this beam of light cascade over your body,
Engulfing all of you and delivering a little bit of warmth,
A feeling of ease,
A feeling of support,
And a feeling of being connected to your higher self.
Now again,
In your mind's eye,
Begin to visualize yourself ascending up through this beam of light.
As you rise,
Feel any worries or burdens beginning to dissolve away,
You'll ascend up through the sky and into space,
Into the cosmos,
The expansive universe above.
And eventually,
You'll arrive at a peaceful clearing made just for you.
As you arrive at this peaceful clearing,
Look around and just notice what you notice,
What this space looks like,
And how it makes you feel.
And as you continue to look around this space designed just for you,
You'll begin to see a radiant being emanating warmth and wisdom walking towards you.
This is your higher self,
A limitless source of potential and guidance that is part of who you are.
Take a few moments to simply connect with this version of you,
Your higher self,
Possibly feeling the unconditional love and acceptance radiating from this part of you.
Feeling safe,
Feeling seen,
Feeling connected to this wise aspect of you.
As you stand face to face with your higher self,
See if they have a message for you today.
Or if you have a question for them,
You can ask your question silently or out loud.
And then just listening and receiving any insights or images or sensations that arise in response.
Trust your intuition,
Trust whatever comes in this moment,
Knowing that your higher self may speak to you through symbols or through a felt sense of knowing,
Or you may even hear words or sounds.
Allow the wisdom of your higher self to guide you.
And notice your breath,
Breathe in deeply,
Breathe out completely.
And before transitioning back down into your earthly body,
Imagine a golden cord connecting you to your higher self.
As you breathe in,
Allow light to flow through this divine cord and feel as this cord connects you to that you are being filled up with wisdom,
With potential,
Feel a spark of your own power being ignited inside of you.
This energetic cord will continue to keep you in connection with your higher self so that you can access this wisdom that is a part of who you are at any time.
Now take a moment to thank your higher self for its guidance today,
For its messages,
Its answers,
Whatever it provided to you.
And then begin to slowly descend back down through the cosmos,
Through the sky,
All the way back down into your physical body here on earth.
And then take a deep breath in through the nose,
Sigh it out through an open mouth,
Really feeling your body's weight,
Feeling the sensation of your breath moving through your body and feeling the effects of being connected to your higher self.
What's changed inside of you?
What will you be bringing with you into the rest of your day from this encounter?
And to seal in this practice and your experience today,
Take one last deep breath in and out.
