Hi and welcome to this guided meditation for awakening intuition and activating your third eye.

Allow yourself to settle in and get really comfortable now.

Make any adjustments as you need,

Then start to bring your awareness to the breath.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth.

Continue to take a few deliberate breaths now to let go of any stress or distractions.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Relaxing a little more with each exhale,

Inhaling peace and calm,

Exhaling anything that no longer serves you.

Now just let your breath flow naturally.

Now bring your awareness to your physical body.

Let go of any remaining tension that you might be holding in your muscles,

Perhaps relaxing the forehead a little more,

Softening the space between the eyebrows,

Softening the jaw,

Letting your shoulders glide down naturally.

Let your hands fully relax now,

Then shift your awareness to the area just around your body and visualize a warm golden light surrounding your entire physical being.

This light is pure and filled with love and positive energy.

Imagine this light slowly descending upon you like it is creating a protective cocoon around your physical and energetic self.

Now shift your focus to the center of your forehead,

Just above and between your eyebrows.

This is the location of your third eye chakra.

This is the energy center associated with intuition and insight.

Imagine a beautiful indigo light at this point,

Gently pulsating and growing brighter with each breath you take.

Feel the warmth of this light spreading across your forehead,

Soothing and relaxing any tension.

See this indigo light gently expanding,

Filling your entire head with its radiant energy.

Sense this energy flowing through your mind,

Cleansing and clearing any mental clutter.

Now visualize your third eye opening like a blossoming flower.

As it opens up,

Imagine a deep sense of peace and clarity washing over you,

Trust in your intuition and your inner wisdom.

You may start to feel a gentle tingling or pressure on your forehead.

This is a sign of your third eye awakening and becoming more attuned to your inner self.

In this state of openness and receptivity,

Let's explore your intuitive abilities.

Enter a serene natural setting,

A quiet forest,

A tranquil beach or a peaceful meadow.

Imagine yourself right there,

Fully immersed in all the sights,

Smells,

Sounds and sensations of this place.

As you are basking in serenity,

Ask a question or seek guidance from your intuition.

It could be a question about a specific situation or simply a desire for general guidance and insight.

Trust that the answers will come to you in some form through images,

Feelings or just an inner knowing.

Take a moment now to receive any guidance or insights that come to you.

Know that the answers might present themselves later during your day when you are least thinking of it,

Or they might even manifest in your dreams tonight.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Express gratitude for the wisdom and intuition that reside within you,

And know that you can return to this meditation whenever you seek guidance or clarity.

Now slowly bring your awareness back into your physical body,

Becoming aware of the room that you are in,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Remember that developing intuition is a journey and not just a one-off practice.
