Good morning and thank you for joining me in today's positive morning meditation.
This meditation is all about creating an inspiring,
Energizing and productive day.
Just like the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening,
You have the choice to rewrite your story each and every day.
You are a powerful being and you can create whatever you set your mind to.
So as you settle in,
Allow yourself to sit comfortably.
Let your arms relax by your sides.
With your hands resting in your lap.
Relax your shoulders.
Soften your jaw.
And if it feels good for you,
Softly close your eyes.
And now let your awareness rest on the breath.
Inhaling through your nose.
Exhaling through the mouth.
And allow the breath to carry away any tension or worries.
Exhaling deeply through your nose.
And exhaling fully,
Letting it all go.
These next 10 minutes are going to set you up for an incredible day.
When you set an intention and focus on what you want to achieve and feel,
It can really make a big difference on how you move throughout your day.
So I want you to think back to one period in your life that just brought you so much joy.
Perhaps it was one of the happiest moments of your life.
And just take yourself back there now to that moment.
As you think back to that happy moment,
What could you see?
What music or noises or sounds did you hear?
And what did you smell?
Most importantly,
What did you feel at that moment?
Allow all those feelings associated with this event to bubble up in your heart center.
And as you feel this uplifting energy,
Allow it to expand throughout your whole body.
From the tips of your toes up to the crown of your head.
Now feel your entire body buzzing with joy.
Now begin to spread this energy through your day.
Just imagine this same energy flowing out and filling up each hour for the rest of your day today.
As you're noticing this buzzing,
Joyful energy radiating throughout your body,
Let's talk about the things that make up an amazing day.
One of them is productivity.
Imagine yourself working through your tasks with complete ease as you achieve them quickly,
Easily and joyfully.
Another factor is inspiration.
As you flow through your day,
You are going to feel completely inspired,
Not only to complete the things you need to do,
But to be creative too.
This inspiration is going to come to you in different forms throughout your day.
And then there is joy.
When we feel deep gratitude and joyful appreciation,
Everything runs more smoothly.
Life is sunnier.
We can uplift and inspire others and truly make a difference.
So today,
