Calming Meditation to Reset Your Energy Hi and welcome to this guided meditation to help you feel more calm,
Centered and refreshed.
You can listen to this meditation when you feel you need a moment to reset yourself or when you need a little time out during your busy day.
So let's begin in a comfortable position.
You can be seated on a chair,
On a cushion or at your desk as long as your posture is balanced,
Allowing you to breathe naturally.
Feeling the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.
Take a deep breath in,
Then exhale fully and allow your sitting bones to rest down deep into the earth.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling slowly.
On your next inhale,
Roll the shoulders up towards the sky,
Then slowly let them glide down back into the earth.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling fully,
Letting go of any tension you might be holding.
Now I want you to imagine that there is a beautiful,
Golden,
Shimmering light surrounding your entire being.
All the way from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.
Your entire body is beaming with this golden light.
And as you inhale,
You draw this light into your body,
Into your skin,
Into your cells,
Deep into your lungs and into your heart.
And as you exhale,
You breathe it out into the world.
Inhaling calm,
Peace and love.
Exhaling everything else that no longer serves you.
Now remind yourself that you can always return to this peaceful sanctuary within you.
It is only a few breaths away.
Now gently bring yourself back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and gently open your eyes,
Greeting this moment with a gentle smile.
