Hi and welcome to your sleep meditation to clear negative energy and purify your mind as you drift into sleep.

My name is Caroline and it is an honour to spend this time together.

As we begin,

Find a really comfortable position in your bed,

Lie down on your back with your arms by your sides,

Or however feels most relaxed for you in this moment.

Tune into your body and listen to what it needs right now.

Because this is your time,

Time to unwind and relax.

So adjust your pillows so that you feel cosy and supported.

Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to sink into the bed.

Take a deep breath in,

Slowly filling your lungs with air.

Feel your chest rise and hold that for a moment,

Now exhale gently,

Releasing all the air and with that,

Let go of any tension you might be carrying.

Let's do that one more time,

Inhale gently and when you are ready,

Slowly let go of the breath,

There is no need to force the breath,

To hold onto the breath,

Because your next breath is always coming,

So just observe the breath naturally now,

As the breath enters your body and as the breath leaves your body,

That's it.

Now shift your awareness to your beautiful body,

Starting at the top of your head,

Softening the scalp,

The crown of the head,

Relaxing your forehead,

Unwrinkle the space between the brows,

Just let your face go completely slack now,

Relaxing your jaw,

Letting go of any tension in your cheeks and around your mouth,

Relax all the tiny little muscles around your lips,

Softening your face completely,

Now allow this feeling of relaxation to flow down your neck,

Your throat,

Your shoulders,

Just releasing any tightness you find along the way,

Observing the breath as it naturally enters and leaves your body,

Relaxing your arms,

Softening your hands,

Your wrists and each individual finger,

Just allow the fingers to curl up naturally,

Just observing how good that feels,

To give your body this bit of loving-kindness,

Allowing every part of your body to release,

Now softening your chest,

Your upper back,

Your abdomen,

Your lower back,

Let it all be soft,

Relaxing your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Completely relaxing your calves,

Your ankles,

And finally,

Let your feet and toes relax completely,

Feel how your entire body becomes heavy,

Relaxed and free from tension,

Imagine a soft glowing light above you,

Radiating a very calm and serene energy that invites you to relax a level deeper,

This light could be any colour that resonates with you,

Perhaps a gentle blue that mimics the calming essence of the ocean,

Or a warm gold that wraps you in like a warm and comforting embrace,

Or a soft pink that soothes your soul with gentle warmth,

Now as you visualise this light,

Notice how it is gently descending towards you,

Starting at the crown of your head as it touches your skin,

You feel the warmth and comfort that it brings,

Engulfing your entire being in a protective and peaceful glow,

Now allow this sensation to envelop your head,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks and your jaw,

As this radiant light slowly moves down your body,

Let it seep deeper,

Reaching into your neck,

Into your shoulders,

And notice how the tension is dissolving as this warm light penetrates deep down into your muscles,

Completely soothing and relaxing them,

Now this light continues its journey downward,

Flowing over your arms and into your fingertips,

This light is filling you with a deep sense of peace,

Now imagine this light as a purifier,

Moving through your chest and abdomen,

As it passes through each part,

It targets and absorbs all the negative energy stored within,

Notice how all your worries,

Doubts,

Fears and any lingering negativity are drawn out from the deepest corners of your mind and body,

See how these dark energies are being purified,

Once clinging to your inner self,

See how these energies are now dissolving effortlessly into the light,

And as they disintegrate,

You feel your body becoming lighter and you feel your mind becoming clearer,

This light travels further down your body,

Enveloping your hips,

Thighs and legs and with each area it covers,

It removes more and more of the residual negativity,

Washing it away like a gentle wave recedes from the shore,

Leaving behind nothing but smooth cleansed sand,

By the time the light reaches your toes,

Your entire body is suffused with this radiant energy,

Purified from head to toe,

This light has now transformed into a flowing river of brightness,

And it is continuously circulating around you and through you,

Maintaining this deep state of relaxation and purification,

Feel yourself completely immersed in this light,

Every breath you take is like the ebb and flow,

Seeing this radiant energy entering your body and leaving your body,

Reinforcing a deep state of calmness and peace,

Feel these feelings of being cleansed,

Calmed and rejuvenated,

Feel it pulsating from your heart,

Through your cells,

Your muscles,

Your bones and all around your beautiful body,

There is nothing else you need to do or achieve right now,

Allow yourself to be carried deeper and deeper into sleep,

Trusting that this gentle light continues to watch over you,

Ensuring that your sleep is peaceful and healing,

And trust that your subconscious mind absorbs these positive affirmations as you drift closer and closer to sleep,
