In this meditation, we'll reflect on the small, consistent efforts you've made and how they've led you to this point. It's a moment to honor your progress, no matter how big or small. Hi and welcome to day one of our three-day meditation series about celebration,

Consistency and patience.

A journey that I'm sure many of you have or will experience in your lifetime.

Today is all about embracing the journey and celebrating how far you have come.

So go ahead and find a comfortable space where you can fully relax.

Allow yourself to just sit down or lie down and gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Allow yourself to settle in by taking a deep cleansing breath in through the nose,

Allowing your abdomen to rise and then exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress on the exhale.

That's it.

Soften the muscles of the face,

Relaxing the cheeks and the lips.

Allow your shoulder blades to slide down naturally and feel your sit bones connected to the surface beneath you,

Taking note of how Mother Earth is supporting you.

Now that we are settled into the present,

Take a moment to reflect on your journey this far.

Reflect on the path that has led you to this very moment.

Acknowledge the small and consistent efforts that you have made along the way.

Whether that is a consistent training routine,

Healthy nutrition or a simple morning or night routine which has got you to where you are.

All these efforts,

No matter how seemingly insignificant,

They have all played a crucial role in shaping who you are today,

Where you are today in your life,

Where you are in the world and where you are at with your success,

Career and relationships.

Visualize your journey as a winding beautiful path and imagine walking along this path.

With each step you are moving closer to your goals and aspirations and as you walk along this path I want you to bring to mind a few moments or achievements that really stand out to you.

These could be big accomplishments such as the arrival of a baby,

A marriage or a success you've recently had in business or it can be a small victory,

Moments of growth and acts of self-compassion.

Now allow these memories to fill you with a sense of pride and joy.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly and as you do,

Silently affirm to yourself,

I am grateful for the journey I have embarked upon.

I am grateful for the journey I have embarked upon.

Now take a moment to express gratitude for yourself,

For your resilience in doing what needed to be done and for your commitment to self-improvement and for the determination that has brought you to this very point.

Now shift your focus to the present moment.

You are here,

Right now,

Experiencing this meditation,

Experiencing every inhale and every exhale.

See if you can allow yourself to fully embrace the stillness and serenity of this very moment.

Letting go of any worries about the future or regrets from the past.

You are exactly where you need to be.

As you bask in this moment of celebration,

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light represents your inner radiance,

Your potential and your self-worth.

With each breath,

Let this light go brighter,

Illuminating the path of your journey and as you notice your entire body beaming with this beautiful light,

Affirm to yourself,

I celebrate my journey no matter how far I have come.

I honor my small consistent efforts for they have brought me here.

I am proud for who I am becoming and I embrace the path ahead.

Now really take a moment here to appreciate yourself for taking this time out to celebrate your journey.

Know that every step you have taken has brought you closer to your goals and every effort,

No matter how small,

Has contributed to your growth and to your life's story.

Now as we come to the end of this meditation,

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and open your eyes when you are ready.

Returning to the present moment,

Carrying with you the celebration of your unique journey.

Remember that this meditation is here for you whenever you need to honor your progress and rekindle your commitment to self-improvement.

Embrace your journey and celebrate the beautiful path that is unfolding before you.
