Welcome,
Beautiful woman.
This is a meditation specially made for you.
The woman,
The warrior,
The life giver,
The healer,
The mother and sister.
And let me start with,
You are amazing.
You are so,
So beautiful.
Your light shines through many others.
Through your family,
Your friends,
Your loved ones,
Pets and even nature.
And so in this meditation,
We will let that beautiful light and love shine back to you.
Because you deserve it.
You deserve it to be loved by you.
To give yourself that same light,
That same nurture,
That same care that you give to others.
And I know you know this.
I know without these practices,
You will slowly lose that energy,
That light.
If we give away too much of ourselves,
We give away too much of our own light,
Our own fire that we need to keep ourselves going.
And we all know that feeling,
Right?
So even though it's hard,
I know,
But we as women need to stop giving too much.
The too is so important.
The too much,
You can give so much,
But you can also give too much.
Because we need that fire,
That energy to be that amazing woman.
We needed to be on this earth,
To be strong and an empowered female soul that is set on this planet to spread light and love,
To empower others,
Not by losing herself,
No,
By gaining more of herself.
So start the practice.
Invite yourself to the practice of self-love,
Self-empowerment and motivation.
And with that,
Your energy will be getting more and more and your fire will rise higher and you can achieve more every time.
So,
So start sitting comfortable with some cushions to support you.
Have your pelvis a little bit higher than your knees and your spine straight so you are in total alignment.
Hands in your lap or your knees.
And let's start with some breathing.
Nice long breaths.
We're going to do a full count breath and exhale on six.
This can be your guide or of course you can do it on your own methods or time.
Now take that time to do four deep inhales and exhales.
From ground up,
Go deeper and deeper into stillness.
Four inhales,
Four exhales.
Go and deep to ground yourself to go deeper and deeper into stillness.
Now,
Let's imagine you're sitting in a wonderful beautiful forest,
Magical,
Serene and full of beautiful flowers,
Green leaves and a waterfall in the background.
You know,
Just that beautiful place you can only see in your imagination.
And so make it your own,
Make it even more beautiful.
And while you're breathing,
Really start visualizing this image,
Really seeing it and really feeling it because this is a forest made by you,
Made for you and for that beautiful goddess you are.
And while you are sitting there in this beautiful forest of magic and serenity,
You can see your heart chakra and it's golden,
This beautiful shining gold color.
It is shining through you.
And while it is shining through you,
It is also surrounding you with light,
With this beautiful sparkling golden light.
And you feel it going through your whole body.
That light,
My beautiful lady,
Is the light you always have in you.
But now,
You can really show it to yourself,
Give it to yourself,
Because also you deserve it.
Not only others,
But you.
You deserve your own light as much as you give it to others.
So embrace yourself in it.
Feel it.
And you are sparkling.
And you can even bring this gentle smile on your face as you are enjoying this.
Because you,
This meditation is all about giving back to yourself.
And to give yourself,
You,
Some love and gentleness and support.
And I know you have been going through things.
I know you have been maybe heartbroken.
And I know you felt that you couldn't fight anymore.
But you did.
And you always came back.
And you always got up.
No matter what,
No matter what you always kept on going.
And you always kept on loving.
And that is what makes us women.
That is the spirit that is strong and resilient.
That is the soul that is here to make a change.
That is the beauty that comes from within,
That woman sitting here,
In her own created forest.
That woman standing there every day for her work,
Her loved ones and the world around her.
She is you.
And now,
Knowing all of this,
You can just breathe.
Breathe.
And enjoy.
Enjoy the beauty,
The stillness and these images in your head.
Give yourself respect.
Give yourself love.
Give yourself that light.
And now enjoy.
And surrender the moments of silence you so deserved.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feeling the flow coming back into your body.
