This morning meditation is made for anybody who want to try out being deeply present with their spirit, their mind, so present that the feeling of your body will disappear. Being silent, being still...giving you the clarity you need in the morning.

Good morning and good morning to you and to your beautiful soul.

Thank you for being here with me today and thank you for giving this time to yourself today.

To start your day with meditation,

With peace,

With silence and in the present.

And by being present you can let go,

To go deeper into yourself and it sometimes can even almost feels you stop the time in that moment as this moment is only for the morning.

Especially made for you,

For your life and being present in your morning.

So when you are ready let's start by making yourself comfortable.

Sitting on the ground,

A chair or maybe even lying down.

Whatever feels comfortable,

Whatever feels good.

Stretch yourself if needed,

Wiggle around if it feels good in this moment.

And when you are ready I want you to close your eyes and start with your breath.

Breathing deep and exhaling slow and with every breath your body gets stiller,

It quiets down and so with every breath you go deeper into your mind,

Into your present mindset.

With every breath going deeper inside yourself.

And you will start feeling your body less,

Breathing in and exhaling slow.

Keep focusing on the breath,

Keep focusing on yourself.

The stillness and the quietness.

Deep inhales,

Slow exhales.

Letting go of all thoughts,

Letting go of all worries,

Stress or things you need to do today as we will get there.

Because now,

Now there is only time for you,

For being with you and your spirits.

And if you practice meditation longer,

I want to ask you to try to get to that stillness now.

To not feeling your body anymore,

To not feel the ground under you but really getting to that quiet state of mind.

Try to leave all thoughts out of your mind,

Let them go every time they show up,

Breathe them away.

They are not needed now,

They are not serving you now as you are here in this meditation to be present.

So I will give you a few minutes to practice this,

Of going deep and deeper and being present and being more present.

Try it out.

Try to leave all thoughts of your mind out of your mind and really sitting in stillness.

Going deep,

Being present,

Letting go.

Listening to your spirits,

Listening to you.

Everything inside of you,

Being where you need to be.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

And now say these affirmations with me.

I am present,

I am present with my spirit,

I hear my spirit and I listen.

I am present,

I am here,

Thankful and loved.

I am present,

I am in luck and I choose to give myself to this day.

Today is going to be great.

Today is going to be owned by me.

Today I own and today I am present.

Today I own and today I am present.

Letting go.

And now think about your day and what you want out of this beautiful day.

What you want out of all the moments that you are going to experience today.

And if success is what you want,

Then success you are going to work on.

If success is what you want,

Achieving your goals,

Your dreams,

Then work on it daily.

And daily is today.

And today is where you are.

And the present is now.

Because you are being present today,

You'll be working on your present.

And by working on your present,

You'll be working on tomorrow.

And tomorrow,

We'll be working on the future.

And by working in the present,

You'll be successful in the future.
