Welcome to today's meditation.
This meditation is all about the powerful element water.
In the meditation,
We will connect with this element.
We will hear it.
We will breathe it like we need water every day.
Water is the element that is all around us.
We need it.
We can't live without it as we drink it,
Shower in it,
Bath in it.
And we use it of course for cleaning and cooking.
So in this meditation,
You can also put your gratitude through and thank this element as we think too easy about it.
And of course,
Where do we want to go if we want to slow down,
Relax,
If we are stressed out or just not feeling ourselves?
Water will draw on us again.
Sitting by a lake,
Going to the beach and watching the waves go by.
The ocean sounds,
We walk,
We enjoy the water in play.
Water is something that has more power and gives us more power than we ever thought about.
It gives us life.
So when you are ready to surrender to this element of Mother Nature,
Please make yourself comfortable and lay down in a comfortable position.
If you rather stay seated,
That's okay too.
Whatever makes you comfortable.
And now start your calming breathing.
Take some big breaths,
A deep belly inhale and slowly exhale.
And by every exhale,
Feel your body calming down,
Your mind going into a relaxing state.
And if there are any thoughts coming into your mind,
That's okay.
Just let them flow like waves in the ocean.
Notice them,
But don't observe them.
They are just there and they will pass again if they don't get any attention.
So if you have any stress or you feel any tension in your body,
Acknowledge it,
Feel it and breathe them out.
Let them go.
As you are starting to use this water element for what is made for cleansing.
Cleansing your mind,
Your body and use the flow,
The sounds.
With every breath,
Surrender more to the calmness,
To a greater power than yourself.
Let this cleanse your thoughts,
Your worries as you are bigger than your negative thoughts,
Stress or worries.
You are loved.
You are powerful and you are here and alive.
And life is what water gives it,
Gives you as it starts already in the womb and it gives us life.
So it was there far before you were created and it was there when you were created to feel alive it gave you.
So be present with these thoughts for a moment.
Give water the gratitude it deserves,
Thanking this powerful element.
And now breathe in and breathe out.
As my voice will let you go even deeper into relaxation.
Let your mind go deeper.
Let your body surrender even more.
Visualizing yourself,
Your body floating on a calm river,
A stream of light,
A stream of pure love,
Floating and feeling the water under you,
Watching the sky and the beauty surrounding you.
What do you see around you?
And go deeper into this visualization.
Seeing yourself perhaps in a beautiful part of the world or maybe a fantasy world.
Make it your own and let all your thoughts flow out of your body.
Total calmness,
Total relaxation,
Total stillness.
Just you,
The water and the beauty that is surrounding you.
You are totally supported.
You are floating.
No worries,
No thoughts,
Just you.
You don't have to think about anything.
Just breathe.
Just be one with nature.
Everything feels easy and calming.
The breeze you feel,
The sounds of nature you hear,
The waves that come in,
The ebb and the flow.
Maybe some birds you hear singing.
You are here in this moment.
Loving where you are,
Loving yourself.
And the sun that warms your body,
Your heart,
Let it all come in.
Go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Let every sigh in your provides can inspire you.
Breathe,
Breathe in and out.
Slowly steady and surrender to the elements,
The water,
The earth,
The energy of these forces bigger than you.
Be in peace as the universe got you.
Mother Nature is there for you.
You are loved.
You are supported.
Let the motion,
The rhythm of the rivers,
The oceans,
The rain,
The flow,
Let it guide you to the direction you want to go to.
Consider and believe that the universe hears you.
Be patient,
Be calm,
Be kind to the world.
Dream,
Love and be calm.
Now slowly come back into your body,
Into your mind as we slowly pacing ourselves on the nurture feelings of water.
We are slowly coming back into this world with wiggling our hands,
Our feet,
Our last breath here and there and when you are ready come up into a seated position.
One big breath in and now hold all the gratitude and kindness that you have and slowly now exhale and blowing all that positivity into this beautiful world.
Open your eyes and be present in this moment.
You are loved.
You are here and let your worries and thoughts flow out of you.
Let today count,
Make today a beautiful day where you see the sun,
Where you feel the water,
Where you be present in your body.
Without rain,
Without water,
There is no rainbow.
So every time you feel down,
Worried or stressed,
Use this meditation.
Use that beautiful light inside of you.
Create flow,
Create beauty,
Create stillness.
