This is not your typical calm meditation you are used to, today I will do things a bit different, as you know me as a calm meditation teacher here on Insight timer, but next to that I am a motivational speaker in my other job. And today I am sharing this spontaneously talk with affirmations with you so you can leave this and feel motivated, focused and empowered with your purpose, dreams and goals.. Enjoy!

Good morning to this motivational meditation with motivational affirmations.

That's a whole mouthful.

Hey guys,

Welcome and good morning.

So today we're going to do things a little bit different.

Normally on Inside Timer I am a meditation teacher so then I will talk a bit more calmer,

More quieter and just more soothing.

But in my other work I'm a motivational speaker.

So today I actually want to share that with you and I really want to share some of the motivation or I want to give you some motivation.

But the thing is I'm not only going to give some awesome affirmations but I want you to give some motivation back.

Back to yourself,

Back to your environment perhaps.

Because if you do this meditation,

You clicked on it for a reason,

Right?

You needed some more motivation and just maybe some more focus.

You know,

And that's fine because we all need that from time to time.

But the thing is motivation we can get from everywhere.

We can get from an environment,

We can get it from a person,

From our friends,

From family.

But the most important motivation that you can get is through yourself.

And motivation,

We need to give ourselves a bit more and really going inside because that's where it is guys.

The motivation comes from yourself.

So today we're going to do these affirmations and you know,

Yes you can sit down but I'd rather have you standing up and standing up tall and you know,

Even if you want to use a mirror,

Please do.

Or tapping,

That always helps you know,

Or being in a power pose.

So it doesn't matter what you want to do.

Feel comfortable,

Feel good and feel powerful.

That's the most important thing and definitely after these affirmations.

So when you're ready,

Sit down,

Stand up,

Go in front of a mirror and get ready.

Alright,

So let's start with a really deep inhale.

Breathe in,

Breathe in and stop and hold and breathe out.

Exhale with a big ahhh.

So do that again.

A big inhale through your nose.

Hold and ahhh,

Let it all go.

Let it all go and maybe you want to shake things off a little bit.

That's fine.

Now,

Put your fists together or make fists,

Put your fingers together.

Today will be a productive day.

I am intelligent and focused.

I feel more grateful each day.

I am getting healthier every day.

I can be whatever I want to be.

I am not defined by my past.

I am driven by my future.

I use obstacles to motivate me to learn and to grow.

I am grateful for everything I have in my life.

I am not pushed by my problems.

I am led by my dreams.

I am going to forgive myself and free myself.

I deserve to forgive and be forgiven.

I've made it through hard times before and I know I will come out stronger and better because of them.

I will not waste away another single day of my life.

I belong in this world.

There are people that care about me and my worth.

I am awesome.

I am filled with focus.

I've got this.

I see my dreams.

I feel my dreams and I grow with my dreams.

My dreams are my goals.

And I work for my goals every day to achieve them.

I am an achiever.

And I am proud of myself.

I am proud of myself.

And please with this you can open your eyes and you can say this one more time out loud.

Doesn't matter if you're alone or not.

Just say I am awesome.

I am motivating myself every day.

The motivation I need comes from me.

I am proud.

I am awesome.

I am focused.

I am motivation.

A big inhale guys.

Feel it.

Put your hands on your heart or your stomach or whatever,

Wherever your power lays.

Feel your power.

You can tap if you like.

Feel it.

Put a smile on your face.

And know that you are motivation.

That you can do anything you put your head and your mind to and your soul.

You can do this.

Whatever your dream or whatever your goal is.

I know you can do this.

I know it sometimes it's maybe hard and things will get tough.

Yes.

But that's the awesome thing about it.

Because you can tell others about it.

Later when you achieved your goal and you say you know what it's not about the goal but it's about the work that I put in.

And that I never let go of things.

And I'm always focused.

And I believed in myself.

And I have this incredible power in myself.

And again you can tell everybody about this.

You can motivate others because of your power.

Because you know that you kept it going.

You always keep going.

You don't stop.

So please share this motivation with others.

Because there are so many people that need it around you too.

That need to believe in their selves.

Like you do.

I know you do.

Because you're doing meditations.

You're doing the work for it.

So you are almost there.

And now you know now start believing in this.

Because you're almost there.

You're almost at your you know you almost achieved your goal or your dream.

Just keep it going.

Keep it going.

And it will be awesome to hear.

And how you feel about yourself.

Why you are so awesome.

And what you do for this world.

And for your goal.
