You You You always have you welcome on this meditation and as we are beginning this meditation I Want you to let your attention go into yourself to your inner self your spirit your soul your mind and also your body as You have been choosing to do this meditation for a reason Maybe because you Just needing something or you saw a picture or word or You want to manifest growth or a good outcome?

Or you just want to start the day come Get energy or guidance out of this and whatever you seek here today There is only one that can give that to you and That is you As you choose How you want the outcome to be I am only here to give you guidance Some tools or inspiration and You can take as much out of this or as little Again,

You have that choice But don't waste that choice because you are free you have a Freedom a free ticket to do whatever you like You have the power The freedom to change your life your habits every day To grow and learn and to evolve over time by doing the daily work So you are here now and that means something and I think you did make a choice maybe a long time ago or yesterday to choose you To give the you in you some attention So let's start with that And let's start with the one we can't go without and that's our breath oxygen Let's start breathing and just for now try to only focus on the breath of yours How it is is it calm?

Is it high or low?

Long or short Just for now acknowledge it And as for now we are going to change Things up a little bit So I want you to sit in the most comfortable way possible and you can sit and you can lay down Whatever you like And you still have time to wiggle now As after this I want you to go as far as you can As after this I want you to go as still as you can Your body You will forget it will be just you your breath and your spirit So whenever you're ready,

Let's take three deep breaths in Slowly inhale and when you're ready slowly exhale Try to fill up your belly and on the exhale let it all go As much as you can let go as much as you can let go As much as you can let go And a third inhale and exhale Taking it all in Being as still as you can Just you your breath and your spirit I want you to start focusing on your end breath and that little gap in between your breaths The gap between the exhale and the new inhale So take a deep inhale and really really slowly exhale And let it all go Your whole breath through your mouth and then before you inhale start counting And try to count to 10 So at the end of your exhale start counting and then you inhale again inhale slowly fill up the belly As much as you can and through the nose you exhale and wait Till you inhale count to 10 wait And When you're ready inhale and while you're doing this Just focusing on that little gap in between your breaths I want you to let go Letting go of your body And start to slowly moving your focus from your breath to your spirit Because where do you feel your spirit in that in those moments?

Where is it?

Is that maybe in your heart or in the middle of your chest your belly?

Where do you feel your spirit the most?

And when you feel it lay your hand on it give it some attention some love Again the gap between the exhale and a new inhale focus and Where is your spirit in this all put your hand on it give it some love And let it go And then you can just let go And let it go And then you can just let go Put your hand on it give it some love Because you're here for a reason and your spirit is part of that decision What did your spirit needed from you and what are you actually giving it today?

It is a choice And do you want to make the best decision for it?

What is your spirit needing?

What is it that it needs?

And give yourself some time and I will do that too To be just here with your spirit And you can again put one hand on the spot where you feel it the best or two hands whatever it's comfortable Whatever feels good Now your spirit should we light it up a little bit Let's use your breath to fill up your spirit with light With a beautiful light And let it go And let it go And let it go And let it go And let it go And let it go And let it go And let it go with light With a beautiful golden light that is streaming into your body with every inhale Fill up your spirit with that light You can leave your hands on it so you can feel that light And while it is going into your spirit let it flow into other places as well wherever it is needed Maybe your heart or your mind or maybe somewhere where you are hurting it is your light So guide it in the direction you want it to go And enjoy this light The light of happiness of calmness of nurture This golden light can bring a smile on your face It can make you happy and feeling beautiful at the same time as you are Be in the total ah of filling up your spirit with love with light and happiness Think about happy things what makes you feel good And as we are going deeper into this meditation I am giving you some time to be alone with your spirit And I want you to give it some positive thoughts only positive thoughts No worries no stress or thoughts what you are doing next in your day No it is only you and your spirit this time That soul inside you that perfect you What are you going to say to her Or to him fill her up Maybe happy memories things you are grateful for Or maybe you want to manifest it with her or him About your goals and dreams or maybe how your day is going to turn out To start connecting with that spirit So breathe and go deep and connect with your inner self Try to let all the distractions and the people around you let it all go Let it fade in the background Because this is the only thing you are here and meant to do And that's breathing and being still and being with you Breathe Breathe Now how is that Tap into your breath again Take a deep breath of happiness How did that feel How did it feel to give your spirit some love to connect and you can even do this longer after this meditation And think for a minute what is still here with you when all the noise is gone Is it you,

Your spirit,

Your mind,

Where are you Home,

You,

Where you can always be,

Always feel safe Where you meet your thoughts and your highest self Your home,

Inside yourself And you are exactly where you need to be You are enough And you can start loving right now Loving the journey,

This life,

This day Whatever will bring you,

You can take it with love So be kind to yourself and to your spirit And be kind to the world Namaste
