Walking is something to enjoy, so in this walk, we are going to go deeper into our senses, and in our happiness. Sharing our kindness and love... and leaving amazing energy behind. Cause we have some much to share and we can experience so much, so let's start walking!

Today we walk in kindness and abundance.

Welcome beautiful soul to this walking meditation and I hope you started your day beautiful and that you are ready for a great walk today as I sure am.

So take me anywhere you want.

Show me your neighbourhood.

Maybe the forest or the beach.

Wherever we go or whatever you experience please let me know afterwards where we went.

I would love to hear where we went as team walking mindfulness.

But for now let's start walking.

Have you got your headphones in and you got your walking boots on?

Well let's go.

So starting with a couple of big breaths full of gratefulness.

Let it out and really experiencing the oxygen coming into your lungs.

That fresh and clean air.

And being thankful for that you have the chance to do this.

That you are walking here.

Giving yourself this fresh air,

This walk,

This exercise.

What you can feel in your whole body.

So let's start with that.

Before we go into your other feelings,

Your other sensations,

Let's really tap into that body first.

What are you experiencing at this moment?

Do you feel your feet?

Your legs?

Or maybe your arms?

Or maybe your back?

Any soreness anywhere?

Or maybe you're stressed?

Or maybe you really needed this walk.

To warm up the body,

To clear the toxins out of your body and mind.

Because as you know it's so closely connected.

And that's why we also call it the mind body.

Because what we experience in our minds will eventually flow into our bodies.

And it can cause us sleep problems,

Aches or muscle pain.

So whatever it is,

Let's start clearing a little bit.

So while your body is warming up,

And that is step one.

To clear,

We need to move.

We need to move our body or mind.

And yes,

That is exactly what you are doing now.

You are moving your mind with my voice.

And your breath is flowing through your lungs.

And your body is working through this beautiful exercise of walking.

So step two,

Breathe.

Inhale and exhale.

But mindfully and with ease.

And if you need to slow down for this,

Then please do.

Let's inhale with a breath of fresh clean air.

Fill your lungs and your belly up with the cleanliness and freshness of that crispy or warm air.

Whatever your sensations are,

Feel it.

Really feel it.

And hold and let go.

And make your exhale even longer than your inhale.

Mindful and focused.

So breathing in and hold and let go.

Mindfully and focused.

And let go and clear your space and your body from toxins,

Your mind from toxins and welcoming happiness.

Clearing and love every inhale that you do.

Do this until you are fully fulfilled with love for this day.

Fulfilled with love for this walk.

Because that is the state where you will feel the most.

Where you really experience and where you are a sponge and taking it all in.

Taking it all in.

So breathe and start feeling at ease.

And step three.

Enjoyment,

Happiness and gratefulness.

While we're walking we love to look around and this is the difference of walking with a goal and rushing towards it.

While walking mindfully and with joy we just experiencing things differently.

Maybe you're a bit like me and you had these experiences many times before because suddenly you see a house that has been there for years but this is the first time you really see it.

Or maybe a sign that suddenly comes to you like colours that you suddenly experiencing.

They have been there for so long but it is just now that you're noticing them.

So step three is where we will be in or this whole meditation.

And this is your happy state of mind.

You are walking with a very light back bang on.

With happiness flowing out of it and your heart is open and love streams out of it.

And every person you see you can smile at.

You can give them a nod or making their day by making a compliment.

It is so easy to give.

When did we stop saying hello,

Good morning when we see other people on the streets.

And who of you like me still does that.

It's a funny thing and I keep on doing it and even maybe 50% I don't get anything back but that is ok because when I do it's lovely because you see a smile,

A kindness that you just shared and an energy is shifted.

And that is exactly what you are doing right now.

You're seeing yourself walking with openness and heart full of love and a mouth and tongue full of kindness to share.

A backpack where happiness is coming out of and you,

You are walking and exploring the world as you are almost dancing on the clouds.

What a great image right?

And you can make this image as big as you like.

Have a bit of fun with it.

It doesn't matter,

Just enjoy.

And walking is something to enjoy.

Walking is something truly magical.

And something to be again so thankful of.

Because seeing how your body is doing this so natural one step after another like you never knew different.

The days that you were a baby and you still were practicing this difficult and big milestone is long behind you and now you are leaving this energy of steps and your walks everywhere you go.

So let's leave energy behind on a walk this time.

The energy of kindness and abundance.

The sharing of kindness to the trees we see.

The birds we hear,

The people we come across,

Abundance to see,

To feel what we experience.

We have enough.

There is enough.

The many things we will come across.

And in my other walking meditation I talk about this and go deeper into that and that is the energy of other things.

Because while you are walking you come across thousands of different things,

Small and big and each with their own energy,

Built with human hands,

Built from the wombs of animals or built from seeds of mother earth.

And you,

You are your own unique self with your own unique energy and there is nothing like you as no tree is the same.

So put out in this world what you want to share and feel other energies and see other things.

Because what are some of the energies you are feeling right now?

Maybe some powers of big buildings.

Ah the many hours,

The energy that that building was built out.

And then all the people that are working in it or living in it,

They are all sharing again different energies.

Isn't that amazing?

Or maybe there are some massive trees around you that have been there for hundreds of years.

That went through hundreds of years of wind and rain,

Sun and they felt animals and all kinds of different people around them.

These trees,

They saw so many things.

They felt so many things.

So let's be kind to them.

And maybe you are seeing things that you don't like.

Reel boards,

Advertisement or maybe you can try to see the beauty in them.

Or maybe you could do something about it and that could be something as simple as picking up plastic along your way,

Bringing a bag and some gloves next time.

You have the power to make the world more beautiful every day,

More kinder,

Better and we all have that power.

We all have that capability to do that.

And with that we create a ripple effect.

Other people will see us and we set an example.

Or you will share your story.

This could be in anything.

You have the power to change your perspective,

Your mind and also the shift of seeing things in a different light.

Our human brains or minds are so beautiful and powerful.

It is such an amazing thing.

I always smile when I think about these things as beauty is all around us.

And better we have that capability to make things that are ugly beautiful.

It could be a grey wall and now filled with beautiful gravity.

It could be a past building site and now filled with trees or a lake.

Maybe you see things around you now that are like that.

Because what are some of the things around you now that you find beautiful,

Just stunning,

That you are just so intrigued by and that you stop even and look at it.

It could be a tree.

It could be a beautiful home.

Let's shift your mind into the pure beauty that we see as humans.

A beautiful sense we have.

The sense of our eyes.

Of our vision that we use every day.

So let's really let it all come in.

Use and try to only focus mostly on your vision.

What do you see?

And take a moment to look around.

To really look around.

What do you see?

What comes to you?

What do you love or see beauty in?

What do you like about this area?

Are there maybe powerful sources around you like the ocean or streaming water?

Is the sun rising in beautiful colours or are the clouds making animal figures?

Take a moment to enjoy this sense.

Now another gift we got when we were born.

The sense of smell.

What do we smell?

Are you maybe walking into a town and you smell freshly baked breads or maybe the smell of other foods or nature?

Because maybe you walk on the side of the ocean and that beautiful salty air gets into your nostrils and that smell of goodness of nature.

And what if you didn't have your vision?

What will you smell more of?

So really now try to use this sense and just smell.

Because even the tiniest things we smell but a lot we normally will just ignore.

So take it in.

And now your feelings.

The sense of feeling on your skin.

On your face.

What touches your skin that is so vibrant and full of senses?

What do we feel on our skin?

Is it wind,

Rain or just calmness?

What touches our skins?

What touches our mind?

What touches our heart?

Or the sense of feeling is just so powerful as if we weren't walking now we could close our eyes and sit down in silence and really feel our sense of feeling.

The vibrations,

Those teeny touches.

Fully experiencing.

But at this moment we can do this in a total different package.

The presence of walking and feeling this sense.

So what does your mind has to do with this?

Like being present with this mixture of the mind and the notice of your sense of feelings.

How nice is this walk.

And smile if you like.

As now that's fully experiencing all your senses as and I didn't forget the sense of hearing.

No.

But as you are listening to my voice you hear the other sounds on the background.

Birds,

Traffic and so what you hear you cannot smell but what you smell you can feel.

And what you feel,

Smell and hear you can do also experience in a totally different way.

And now is your beautiful soul.

I want you to really start doing that now.

The enjoyment of being alive.

The feelings of all your senses being alive.

You are walking.

You are feeling.

You are enjoying.

You are enjoying your own company,

All your abundance as you are so much.

You are not only enough but you are so much.

And you have so much to give,

To love and to share.

Because do you know how awesome you are and you can tell yourself that I am awesome.

And listen to my words as this is your soul talking to you.

Listen to that beautiful sense of hearing you have.

One of those perfect gifts you got when you were born.

I am awesome.

I live,

I breathe and I feel this too.

I feel my breath going inside my body.

I feel my body being alive.

I have feelings and I am happy.

I share my kindness and I share my happiness.

I open my heart and I show my love.

As I am walking I leave an energy behind.

And I will and always will leave the best energy behind that I have in me.

And that is an awesome energy.

And I will say this again.

As I am walking I leave an energy behind and I will and always will leave the best energy behind that I have in me.

And that is an awesome energy.

An energy of abundance,

An energy of kindness.

Be present.

I am love.

I am kind.

I am energy.

I am present.

I walk my walk and with that I talk my talk.

I do what I say and I do where my heart lies.

My heart is energy and where my heart goes will be love.

My soul is kind and where my soul goes there will be kindness.

My mind is positive and I will be conscious and always practice a positive mind.

As this is what I can share with others in my speech and speaking.

I love my body because of its all its capabilities and what it does to me for me and what I can with it.

So thank you body for this walk.

Because my body you just took me on an adventure,

An adventure of feeling my senses,

Of being present,

Feeling my abundance and my wholeness.

A big inhale of thankfulness and a big positive breath out and you can do this as we come to the end of this meditation walk.

You can do this a couple of times.

Being around you,

Taking it all in,

Inhaling and exhaling and smiling,

Just smile.

And I am so,

I am so pleased you were here with me on this beautiful day and you took me on your beautiful walk.

Beautiful! I took us to a park in Golden, CO and we saw gorgeous poppies and birds. I smelled fresh cut grass and fresh air after a rain. I saw green on green on green and heard crickets and birds. Lovely start to my day 🥰💖
