Inhale and exhale a new day inhale this new beautiful day close your eyes and get comfortable and take your first deep breath maybe a little wiggle to get extra comfortable and another inhale in and on your exhale lift up your hands into prayer above your head and greet the sun the air the universe and into prayer in front of our heart and stay there for a moment and breathe and again a new day inhale this new day breathe inhale and exhale a fresh start inhale this fresh start the fresh air of the morning or the afternoon the start or the end of the day wherever you are the air that comes into your lungs to let you breathe you you are alive your heart is pumping your lungs are working your belly your organs doing their work so let's start with a little prayer today be grateful inhale and exhale deep and again thankful as you have your hands in front of your heart let's do a little prayer dear universe thank you thank you for being here with me today thanks for taking me here in the surroundings of beautiful gorgeous surroundings creatures around me nature around me my beautiful things beautiful energy thank you thank you for letting me breathe for the oxygen you and mother nature are providing for the air in the trees and for the beauty that you show me every day this world is good my world is good and I am thankful for showing me kindness every day for giving me the gifts of my sight that I can see with that the beauty of all the creatures and beautiful animals around me for them I want to be better with making better choices for them for kindness and love I will promise I will do better and be better for their health their lives and their souls thank you universe for my heart and feeding it with love that I get from all the beautiful people in my life how they care for me love me and also for giving me the gift of love that I can give to others I will do my best to do that every day with this I know dear universe that I have two great big gifts in me and that don't cost a thing that don't hurt anybody and are so big that they can make the world a better place instantly and that's the gift of kindness and the gift of love so here I am sitting today promising you promising myself nature animals and all the people in my world that I will be better and do better every day that I will make better choices choose with kindness choose with love I will speak and act with kindness and love to all I will create our care and I will love and I will give my compassion with this I will grow because I know the more I give the more will come back to me a big breath in holes and a big breath out put this into the universe and with your hands you can relax maybe hands on your knees open your hands up receiving you are the creator of your own life you have a new start every day you get a new day every day again and again and some people and most animal lives don't have this choice so for them do better let us not be the decider of their lives as no one decides over ours only you only you have the choice to make your life to create your life the way you want it and so empower your own empower the way you want to live as I know the more power the more kindness the more love a human has in their lives the more they will give and the more they will create I want to give you a moment and to go deeper into these faults into your meditation your practice and what you can do with these words or the prayer with these faults and think about them and give them a place in your heart and take them with you into this day and into your life breathe breathe inhale and exhale slowly and steady on your own pace and when you're ready for it I would like to ask you to put your hands on your heart again and do our last little prayer here and just breathe and don't think about anything just these words love kindness creator of my own life love kindness being kind to the world and all her creations and creatures love kindness into my heart and into others and now breathe and let yourself go into a deeper state of beauty of your surroundings of the love that you give to others to in this world and put it out there put it into the universe and create beauty create compassion softness and peace while you have your hands on your heart love yourself fill your heart with your own love and see the beauty of it see the beauty of yourself love yourself thank you for doing this prayer with me and when you're ready open your eyes thanks for doing this with me and for yourself for the world and for mother nature be kind to the world namaste
