Welcome to this walking into your future walking meditation.

Now as you begin to walk,

Keep your core strong and intact.

Go a nice gentle pace,

But keep your posture strong yet relaxed.

Your arms are relaxed,

Your jaw is relaxed.

Easily can move your neck looking around you,

Present of your surroundings.

And now just start to focus on your breath.

Deep inhale,

All the way in,

Expanding the rib cage.

Slow gentle exhale,

And just let it all go.

Focus on your breath as if the air is flowing in and out through your heart space.

Let your energy around the center of your heart space,

And as you inhale,

Feel your heart space expanding as if your heart is breathing in.

And as you exhale,

It's as if the air is coming out of your heart space.

Just as if the energy around your heart space has become activated.

And as you walk,

Imagine the space that your heart takes up in space.

Imagine the space your heart takes up in space.

And as you walk,

You feel light and feel the presence of your body and the space that your body takes up in space.

You can feel the air on your skin and feel as your body moves through space.

Also pay attention to your surroundings and just feel a sense of serenity and ease as you walk.

It's a good day today.

Today is a good day.

Feeling serene,

Effortless,

Present,

Peaceful.

Feeling safe,

Feeling at peace.

What can you appreciate as you look around right now?

What are you grateful for?

What are you truly grateful for?

What is good in your life?

Feel grateful for it all.

Feel your heart center expanding with love and appreciation.

Radiate this grateful feeling beyond your body and feeling so grateful for this moment.

As this gratitude radiates from your heart space outwards,

So much love and gratitude within you and surrounding you.

Now,

As you clear your mind,

It is now nothing but a canvas.

What are you calling in?

What do you desire?

Feel it in this clear space,

Your desire.

And with each step you take,

You're walking towards your future.

Walking closer to this manifestation.

And with each step,

You're walking away from your past.

With each step,

You're letting go of that which no longer serves you.

With each step forward,

You are becoming the person of the future now.

The person that you desire to be now.

How would you walk?

How would you hold yourself?

How would you move?

How would you think?

How will you breathe?

As this new self.

Feel it and act as if now you are the future you.

Embody the future you now.

With each step,

Your confidence grows and you become your future self now.

What are the choices you've made to become this person?

What are the choices you've made to become this person?

Feel gratitude for everything you've created.

Feel gratitude for this new version of you.

What do you know about this new version?

What do you know about your new life?

Let the images come through.

Now these are memories of the future,

So you are remembering your future.

Don't hold back.

Thoughts become things.

Thoughts become things.

Feel the energy of your future.

Embody your future as you walk.

Bring it to life.

Moving.

Acting.

Thinking.

Breathing.

As this new self.

Every step,

You're walking into your future.

Every step,

You're becoming your future self.

Every step,

You're no longer in the past.

Every step,

The past is behind you,

Letting go.

Focusing on that forward motion.

Feeling as if that future self is here now.

Feeling grateful for this version.

Feeling grateful for your life.

Grateful for all the experiences that you've had as they have made you who you are.

And you are just getting started.

This is your movie.

This is your life.

You can have,

Be,

And do whatever you want.

And now,

Take a deep breath in,

All the way in.

And exhale.

And let it all go.

Feel light.

Feel free.

Feel open.

Feel love in your heart and allow yourself to experience anything that you're feeling.

Allow it to come up.

Radiate the information of who you are from within and let it expand.

I will let you fill in these affirmations after I say,

Affirm the words that are speaking to you right now.

Don't overthink it.

Maybe put a smile on your face.

Be accepting of this moment and be excited and enthusiastic of the future.

And now ask yourself,

What is it that you could do today to bring yourself closer to this future version of yourself?

What are a few small things you could do today to bring yourself closer to this future version of yourself?

I will let the music play out for a while,

But stay in this heart space.

Stay connected as you walk and envision your future.

Visualize what it feels like,

What it looks like,

What are you calling in?

I believe in you so much.

You are pure potential.
