So close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Acknowledging yourself for being here today,
For showing up,
For putting in the work,
For not taking the easy road.
Take a deep breath in,
All the way in,
Filling up your lungs.
Slowly and gently exhale,
And with every exhale,
Feel your heart space opening just a little more.
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Your jaw is relaxed.
If you feel any tension within,
Just breathe into that space,
And as you exhale,
Allow it to soften.
And if the tension is in your mind that's thinking too much,
Allow your mind to just take a break,
Melt into your heart,
Breathe through your heart.
Your heart is your guide.
Feeling grateful for this day,
Grateful for this community,
Grateful for the ideas that come forth that we take action on,
Grateful for this life and how far we have come and how far we will go.
Now,
Think about the great health that you have received through your life.
Think about times where you have felt full of energy and you are happy.
What is one time in your life where you felt on top of the world?
Maybe it was crossing the finish line of a race or playing a sport you love,
A yoga class.
What is a time where you felt amazing?
Think about that and give gratitude for that time.
And now,
Think of another time.
Another time you felt amazing and your body was in motion and moving and supported you and you felt happy and alive.
See it in your mind and give thanks for that time.
That was a good time,
Thank you for that time.
My body was working for me and the gift of health was keeping me alive.
Now,
Think of one more time that the gift of health was keeping you alive and you felt amazing.
Thank you for that time.
And now,
Think about the health that you are continuing to receive today.
Giving thanks to every organ,
Every system,
Every physical sense,
Your sight,
Your ears,
Your voice,
Your taste,
Your touch.
Think about your legs and your hands,
Your brain and your heart.
Thank you.
Thank you for this health that I am continuing to receive.
Cells renewing,
Systems upgrading,
New neural pathways of gratitude and positivity rewiring,
Heart expanding with love,
Everything working so efficiently.

Take a deep breath in and now think of one thing about your body or health that you would like to improve and visualize yourself with the ideal state of your body or health.
Picture it now.
What is one thing that you would like to improve?
How does it feel?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
See it clearly in your minds.
And what are the steps that you took to get here?
What habit did you let go of?
What was no longer serving you in order to get to this ideal state?
You feel radiant,
So much vitality,
So much energy.
I don't get tired.
This body sustains me,
Takes me through this day.
I feel good.
Give thanks for this ideal state.
This is here for you now and you're stepping into it.
This is your new identity.
It's just a choice.
Take another deep breath in.
Maybe place your hands on your heart one last time to give just immense gratitude for that ideal state and the gift of health and how far you've come and how far you will go.
Open your eyes.
And today as we go about our day,
Let's take deep grounding breaths throughout the day and give gratitude and make choices that are in alignment with that ideal state that we just envisioned.
