Drop your shoulders,
Unclench your jaw,
Sitting up straight,
Feeling the presence,
The life force and the energy in your body,
In your cells,
Running through your veins.

Even when we don't feel like it.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in through your nose,
Fill your lungs,
And hold it,

You don't need motivation,
