Gratitude is truly the most high-vibrational way to live. There is so much to be grateful for. Visualize someone you are grateful for...see them there, and give thanks to them now. Visualize something you desire in the future and give thanks as if it's already here now.

I invite you to close your eyes and just arrive in this moment and take a deep breath in all the way in and exhale and just let it all out.

Allow your shoulders to relax,

Your jaw relaxed.

Have a soft front but a strong back.

So you're sitting with purpose,

Kings and queens in our universe.

You have a crown on so you're soft but you also have purpose and if your mind wanders just bring it back to the breath and become aware of the air going in through your nose and slowly and gently exhaling.

Acknowledge yourself for being here today,

For showing up for yourself.

Breathe in to this new moment.

I feel like this is a new beginning right here.

Expanding our awareness together of all the things that we have to be grateful for.

It's truly limitless and I'm sure there are some of us going through struggles right now but no matter what we're going through there's always something to be grateful for.

The more gratitude that we can have,

The more things to be grateful for we will see and experience and when we are grateful it's not just words it's a feeling infused with our energy and our emotion and I invite you with an open heart to ask yourself what am I grateful for?

What is good in your life?

Now I invite you to picture someone that means a lot to you and see them standing in front of you.

Bright eyes,

A beautiful smile.

They can be someone who has passed,

Someone who is here now and as you look in their eyes let them know why you are grateful for them and they are so receptive to your words.

Feel free to give them a hug and embrace and continue to feel that gratitude within and now I would like you to give gratitude for your journey thus far.

All the things you've experienced,

All the lessons,

All of the blessings.

Just so much gratitude for your life,

For this experience.

What a gift and now imagine something that you desire in the future and be grateful for that now.

Think of one thing that you desire and have gratitude for it as if it is here now.

I am so grateful.

Yes,

This worked out.

Yes,

Even better than you can imagine.

Thank you.

This is wonderful.

Thank you.

Now take a deep breath in and just let out a nice sigh.

Maybe place your hands on your heart,

Feeling the energy of your heart space and when we practice gratitude we can trust and know that we're on the right path.

One of my favorite things to think about gratitude is what if you woke up tomorrow with only the things that you are thankful for today.

So imagine waking up tomorrow with only the things that you are grateful for today.

Take another deep breath in all the way in and a nice sigh.

Put a smile on your face as you slowly open your eyes and come back to this new moment.

It's like a new day,

A new gift and an opportunity for us to have some fun.

We can radically change our lives by strengthening the faith that we live in an abundant universe and there's so much to be grateful for.

With all the "stuff" going on around the world, we are so lucky here in NZ to live in a peaceful country ( well sort ofπŸ˜‰) I'm grateful for that, for being able to deal with situations that arise in a calmer manner, for my four legged baby πŸˆβ€β¬›οΈand for the amazing nature around me in the Bay of Islands....even grateful for Valentines day... cos it gives me a chance to show my friends they are special.
