Notice your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Acknowledge them and let them go.
And in this moment right now,
Stay connected and keep focusing on your inhale and exhale.
It is in times of adversity and darkness that we are called upon to be beacons of light,
Beacons of love and possibility.
We send our love and prayers to those around our globe who need it right now.
Stress and fear contribute to the breakdown of our immune systems.
Focus on what you can control.
We can control our reactions.
Focus on making the best decisions you can for yourself and your loved ones at this time.
Now I invite you to visualize the best outcome in this situation.
What does that look like?
Feel what it feels like to overcome this.
How will you act?
How will you feel?
How can you cultivate a new version of you?
How can you help others now?
Stay in this feeling of hope and possibility.
In this moment,
Feel peace.
In this moment,
Feel love and protection across our globe.
We can rewrite our future for the better right now,
