Good morning.
Welcome to this radiant morning meditation.
Find a comfortable way of receiving this meditation this morning.
And you might like to take a moment to sway a little and move a little,
Undulate a little.
And now sense into your natural breath.
This moment of awakening,
This moment of receiving yourself exactly as you are.
No need to alter or change anything.
You are perfect.
Your breath is perfect.
And this moment is perfect.
Feel the shape of your body,
Your physical body,
Your Anamaya Kosha.
Feel your breath,
Feel the form of your physical body.
Feel your breath in your feet,
In your fingertips,
In your belly and in your back.
Take a moment to acknowledge your body,
The movements it will make in this day,
The movements that it made yesterday and the way it is seated or lying for you,
The way it's serving you right in this moment.
Listen,
Listen to your body's needs.
What does it need today?
What does it need most right now?
And let your physical body rest.
And now sense into your energy body,
Your Pranamaya Kosha.
Notice your energy levels.
Notice the breath moving through you.
Notice what it would be like to deepen and broaden your breath.
Let it get wide and low in your belly.
Sense the equator of your torso expanding out.
Take a moment to acknowledge your energy levels.
Right in this moment and commit to serving your energy levels today.
What do you need most today?
Rest,
Activity,
A balance of both.
And now let your energy body rest and turn your attention to your mind,
Your Manas,
Manomaya Kosha,
The layer of your mind and emotion.
Turn to your mind.
Turn to all emotion present here.
Receive it,
Acknowledge it,
Let it be present.
Ask your mind,
Your emotions,
How can I serve you best today?
Can I watch?
Can I observe?
And can I learn about my body mind from the signals of my emotions,
From the flickers of my mind?
Let your mind rest now and become aware of the part of you that is witnessing you sitting here receiving this meditation.
Vijnanamaya Kosha,
The layer of your wisdom body.
Sense into this wise,
Abiding,
Ever-present aspect of yourself.
Sense it's evenness.
Sense it's kindness.
Sense a non-judgment of this aspect of yourself.
Presence,
Allow presence to flood this moment.
And now allow that aspect of self to rest and turn to Ananda,
Your bliss body.
Feel it all through as you breathe,
As you sit.
Sense your bliss.
And sense all the layers of this body mind.
Coming together as one.
Becoming aware of a softening face,
A gentle smile,
Relaxed eyes,
A loose and free neck,
An open,
Courageous heart,
A satisfied belly,
And relaxed arms and legs.
Declare yourself present.
I am here,
Receiving this radiant warning.
I have arrived into this day.
When you're ready,
You may like to deepen your breath,
You may like to sit a little longer.
Wherever you are,
I wish you a radiant day.
Namaste.
