I invite you to meditate on your perfect day.
To begin,
Find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting.
Tickle your fingers and toes and make any adjustments that you need.
We will begin with three cleansing breaths.
Breathing in,
Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.
And again,
Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.
Final time.
Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.
To calm and center the mind,
I will begin using a rain stick.
With each movement of the sound,
I'd like to connect your inhale and your exhale.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
As you follow the sound,
Feel your mind relaxing,
Emptying all your thoughts.
And again,
Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.
And again,
Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.

Inhale,
Holding at the top,
And exhale.

Return your breath to its natural rhythm.
I want you to imagine your perfect day.
Why are you waking up?
Can you feel the sun hitting your face?
As you wake up and look around at your surroundings,
What do you see?
Who is with you?
How does it feel to be living your perfect day?
As you get out of bed and you get good dressed,
What are you wearing?
How does it feel to be wearing that?
And now I invite you to move through your perfect day.
I'd like you to deeply feel how grateful you are for each step you take in the day.
How's your new breakfast?
How's you go through relaxing,
Working,
Walking down the street?
Feel the relaxed,
Refreshed,
Feel at ease.
What is your job?
Who do you work with?
How does it feel to interact with them?
Do you feel proud?
Do you feel confident?
Breathe into those feelings.
As you move through your day,
What other feelings do you have?
Have they shifted from the feelings that you had in the morning?
This is natural.
Perhaps now that you've been working,
You feel it flow.
Everything's coming so easily,
So quickly.
All the components of your day are lining up.
Are you absorbed in what you're doing?
Do you feel full of life and energized?
Breathe into the energized feeling of being in flow.
Your day is slowly coming to an end as you've left your work or traveling back home.
Perhaps you've ate dinner.
Perhaps you've spent time with family.
Feel into how grateful you are for their presence in your life.
Wish each of them the happiness and ease that you're feeling now.
Surround them with those feelings.
As you step back into bed,
How do you feel?
Reflecting on your day.
Your day of ease,
Of happiness.
Your perfect day.
What feeling can you feel most fully?
Create an affirmation from that feeling.
I am happy.
I am happy.
I am happy.
Repeat in your head.
As you say this affirmation,
Embody it fully.
Feel the chills within your spine,
Down your legs,
Into your toes.
I am at peace.
I am confident.
Breathe in your affirmation and release any resistance that may be remaining.
