Finding a comfortable position to allow the affirmations to resonate within your body.
After each affirmation,
I will leave space for you to repeat the affirmation to yourself.
I will play the singing bowl in between to allow the vibration to meld with your words.
We will be using the concept of laddering thoughts,
So we will begin with neutral affirmations and then we will build on positive ones.
Please note that these affirmations are best used when you already are at a neutral state of mind.
If you are having negative or depressive thoughts,
Please listen to the acceptance affirmations before these because we will need to shift from negative to neutral before we can shift from neutral to a positive.
