Let's meditate.

Find a comfortable sitting position.

Either cross legged or sitting on the chair.

Your hands resting on your lumps or on the chair arms.

Begin to soften your gaze or have your eyes closed.

Find a connection to the ground.

Allow yourself to feel your sitting bones grounded down on the ground on your seat.

And your legs connected to the ground.

Bringing your awareness in relationship to the elements of the earth.

Bring your awareness to the connection of the floor and use that as your support.

Ground down your sitting bones as you press the floor.

And you lift your core all the way to the crown of your head.

Pressing your sitting bones down and lifting the crown of your head to the ceiling.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Then slowly begin to notice your inhales and exhales.

Deepening each inhale and each exhale.

Using your breath to ground yourself.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

When you are ready,

Soften your gaze.

Bringing your attention back to your inhales and exhales.

And bring your palms touching towards the center.

You bow down and say Namaste.
