Hello everyone my name is Kathrine Jerry and let's meditate.

Find a comfortable sitting position.

Move around here make yourself comfortable.

Focus and choose to close your eyes or to drop your gaze.

Connecting to your highest self.

Bring attention to your feet.

Setting your meditation foundation.

You're sitting in a way that is comfortable for you.

Finding a sense of security safety in your meditation.

Connecting to your highest self and trusting a power higher than you.

A power from within that's bigger than you.

Right now right here in a meditation seat get whatever you need to get so that you can feel safe.

Creating a sense of safety and security.

Bring attention to the tip of your nose and focus at the tip of your nose.

All of your attention is at the tip of your nose.

Just stay there.

Stay present to the tip of the nose.

Now bring awareness to your breath.

Just slow inhale into a slow exhale.

Focus on your inhale and now focus on your exhale.

Using your breath to anchor yourself here and now on purpose.

Anchor yourself here and now on purpose.

Take a deep breath in and take a slow exhale.

Inhale reach both hands up.

Exhale bring your hands to your heart center and together we breathe in and together we breathe out.

Inhale and exhale.

Together we breathe in and together we exhale.

Bring your thumbs to your forehead.

Namaste.
