Transcript

I invite you to find a comfortable seated standing or laying position.

Your eyes can be opened or closed.

Tune into your hands.

The position of your hands at this moment is perfect so long as you are comfortable.

Now imagine being 10% more comfortable.

Move.

Bring into your awareness your spine.

Notice any sensations that arise.

The body thanks you for noticing.

Tune into the very base of your spine.

Conjure up images of strength and groundedness.

Safety.

Security.

Move up your spine to the very top.

As you breathe in.

Feel the breath moving up the front.

And as you exhale,

Notice the breath moving down the spine.

Continue in this way for one minute and then we'll come back together.

Also,

If you desire to stay with this practice for longer than one minute,

Feel free to pause the recording here and then resume when you are ready.

Let go.

You you as you go about your day draw your Breathe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

And say thank you.
