Thank you so much Mel 💕 I really appreciate your work, there isn’t many mindbody coaches here on IT! I might want to do your course. Is it also suitable when anxiety/fear in de body is the main challenge atm? For me lately the energy of fear, that urgency, has become more loud. I feel like it’s probably the same approach as the other symptoms. X

I often struggle with this, accepting what is. I feel anxious when my body is experiencing symptoms and I just want it to stop. This meditation is slowly helping me relax during episodes, which lessens their intensity and is helping me release some of the anxiety. Thank you for this practice. I've begun to use it daily.

I’ve been doing this meditation daily while I am dealing with some mind-body related discomfort. I love that the affirmations are combining the teaching and knowledge of a lot of the mind body coaches I have followed.
