Welcome to this exclusive Members Plus Insight Timer meditation surrounding the mystery. So get comfortable, Take a few smooth and steady breaths and just allow yourself to land and arrive within yourself. Starting to inhabit the very essence of you, Your you-ness. With each breath you begin to re-inhabit yourself moment by moment. And as you do this you begin to open to the great mystery of life itself. How did we come about? How am I even in this human vessel that just knows what to do to sustain this life? Just take a moment to embrace this mystery and unfurl toward the magic of life itself. By some streak of magic and miracle you are here today. You get to live, To breathe, To move, To meditate, To connect, To share, To love, To embrace. So don't for one moment sit in complacency about the pure mystery and magic of life, Of your life, Of this finite existence. Not for one moment longer must you dwell within the small things. But zoom out, Take perspective and acknowledge the essence of being here now. So let's just take a few breaths with that, Focusing on your heart space. Allow the breath to expand within and around the heart. This is the practice for the next few moments just to stay attuned to the heart space, Letting the mystery and the magic of this existence be present. And as you breathe into the lower lobes of the lungs and the lower lobes of your heart, Take a moment of gratitude, Being here in this very moment with everything that is with you. Knowing that this is exactly where you need to be, You're right on time and all is well. Right on time and all is well. Repeat that internally just three times, All is well. All is well. All is well. And know for a fact that life is the mystery, We don't know what's here, What's coming, We do know what's been to some degree. But stay open to the unknown, Trust the unfolding and allow yourself to meet life's twists and turns with the smoothness from within.
