One of my go-to ways to relax and drop into a deeper level of mind is simple heart breathing (heart coherence) combined with the countdown deepening technique. Together, they create a really simple, powerful practice you can use to reset, relax, and restore clarity whenever you want. I personally use this as a quick “mental dust-off” in creative work to clear the mind, settle the body, and get my creativity flowing again. You can use this before a project, a meeting, or anytime you want to slow down, tap into your intuition, and come back to a calmer, more centered state.
