Welcome.
This is for the moment when you miss someone,
Even though you know it wasn't right.
And that can feel confusing.
Because part of you knows this wasn't good for you.
And another part still reaches for them.
Just notice that tension.
Take a slow breath in and let it out gently.
Missing someone doesn't mean you made the wrong decision.
It means there was something there your system got attached to.
Connection,
Attention,
Familiarity,
Hope.
Of course you feel it now that it's gone.
So instead of questioning yourself,
See if you can stay with what's here.
Where do you feel that in your body?
Is it a pull,
A heaviness,
An emptiness?
Let it be there without needing to act on it.
You don't have to reach out,
You don't have to decide anything right now.
Just stay with yourself in this moment.
This is the part where things slowly shift.
Not by pushing the feeling away,
But by staying with it without abandoning yourself.
If this feels familiar you might want to explore my course when you know it isn't right but can't let go.
Where we go deeper into why this pull stays and how to start loosening it gently.
