This meditation is for the moments when loneliness feels heavy, confusing, or hard to explain — even if everything looks “fine” on the outside. Instead of trying to fix the feeling, you’re gently supported in simply not being alone with it. Through steady presence and small moments of self-connection, this practice offers a sense of being met, just as you are. A place to return whenever you need reminding that your feelings make sense — and that you matter.

Hi,

I'm really glad you pressed play.

If you're here right now,

You might be feeling lonely in a way that's hard to explain.

Not just alone,

But lonely.

The kind of loneliness that can show up even when life looks fine on the outside.

You don't need to explain it,

And you don't need to make it smaller.

And you don't need to be any different than you are right now.

I'm here with you.

You don't have to do anything special during this track.

You don't need to breathe in a certain way or try to relax.

You don't need to understand why you feel like this.

You can just let this be a moment where someone is staying.

Loneliness can feel like being on the outside of life.

Like everyone else seems to belong somewhere,

And you're quietly wondering where you fit.

If that feels familiar,

I want you to hear this clearly.

There is nothing wrong with you.

Loneliness is not a flaw or a failure.

It's a very human signal,

A longing for connection,

Safety and being met.

And right now,

You're being met.

Even if your mind is busy,

Even if your body feels tense,

Even if part of you doesn't quite believe this yet,

You are not alone in this moment.

If it feels okay,

It can sometimes help to gently place a hand somewhere on your body.

Maybe over your heart,

Maybe on your arm,

Or even softly on your cheek.

It might feel a little strange at first or even silly.

That's completely okay.

But something real happens when you do this.

Your body recognizes care.

And sometimes,

Just that can make the loneliness lift even a little.

Because in that moment,

You're reminded of something important.

You have yourself.

You can be your own companion,

Your own steady presence,

The friend who stays,

The friend who doesn't leave,

The friend who does their best to be honest,

Kind,

And there for you.

Even if it doesn't feel like you're taking perfect care of yourself right now,

The possibility is still there,

Not gone,

Just waiting.

There is a part of you that gets to relearn things,

To question old beliefs,

Old stories,

Old messages from the outside world that may have told you who you had to be or what you were worth.

You were always valuable,

Fully,

Completely,

From the very beginning.

And in moments of loneliness,

You can slowly return to that truth.

Not by forcing it or not by fixing yourself,

But by remembering gently that you matter.

You might think of this track as a place you can return to.

Not to make the loneliness disappear,

But not carry it by yourself.

There's no limit.

You don't have to need it less to be welcome here.

And I want you to know this too.

You're not only allowed to have yourself,

You also have this place,

You have my voice,

You have these meditations,

And you have this track.

You can come back any time you need to feel that you're not alone.

I'm here and I'm not going anywhere.

Take a few moments now.

Let yourself feel the steadiness of someone staying,

The comfort of not being rushed.

And when you're ready to move on with your day or your evening,

Know that this place doesn't disappear.

You can return again and again.

I'm really glad you're here.
